Just wanted to add that I see a major difference today in my vascularity and veins visibility, which must be because of the var.
So I reckon despite the bodyfat it is definitely doing something Oupa.
I would be keen to continue with it to be honest, but as always I will do what the forum thinks is best.

Regarding Sperm count & quality

Are you doing 250IU twice a week? Unless you are using pharmaceutical grade you don't know what the quality of your HCG is. It is always possible that you aren't getting in 500IU a week.

You could try upping the dose but I don't like doing that unnecessarily because HCG raises estrogen levels and causes acne. AI's are not very effective at reducing intratesticular aromatase (estrogen elevation produced in the testes because of HCG) so side effects like gyno are harder to control. So try 750IU a week split in 2 shots. Test levels peak from HCG after 4 days so 2 shots is fine.

You can't see sperm in your seminal fluid. If you have a vasectomy your semen will look the same and quantity as well. But a reduction in semen quantity is related to lower intratesticular/endogenous testosterone because this signals the prostate and cowpers glands to produce seminal fluids. More HCG should help this.

Testicular sensitivity is normal.

I am currently doing 250IU's twice a week. My supplier assures me it is a top pharmaceutical grade HCG. I will try raising it to 750 split into 2 as suggested and see if there is a difference.

I think my biggest concern was the lack of quantity of the fluid. It is down to literally a few trickles which is a big concern to me.
I thought at first it might be deca dick but haven't had a problem rising to the occasion.

I have heard that Clomid increases the volume of ejaculate during PCT, and that continued use of clomid after PCT can be considered to further increase volume?

Oupa I have been slowly trying to read through all the diet posts and stickies again. But there is so much.
Any particular area on the site, knowing what I look like, that I should maybe be focusing on from your experience maybe.

Been trying to learn about calorie counting and macros etc, as you know, but it is difficult.
I have added two chicken and brown rice meals to the day and am trying to add egg whites and two yolks to breakfast. But not exactly sure if I am taking in too little or too many calories at this point.

Also just an update for you: I injected 375IU's of HCG this morning (Or pretty close to that from what I could judge). I hope it makes a difference because the sensitivity is worse today.

Clomid won't increase your semen load when on cycle and should only be taken to normalise test levels post cycle or for fertility problems. It's a hectic drug with side effects that makes many guys feel crappy. So any benefit of a slightly bigger cumshot is not worth it.
