You might want to try another browser, because the captcha works for me.

Spoke to the endo about it and i got a prescription for viagra. He told me it wont hurt at all. He said it does nothing to your hormones or endocrine system. Its purely a vaso dilator.

So he said take viagra as needed until he has got my levels normal again.

He gave me the choice between cialis, lavitra or viagra. And we worked out that best for me would be viagra!

Just an update! Did bloods this morning, and got an appointment with my endo next week friday!! So will keep u all posted on the results!

When i wanna get it up, i can. Is it as hard as i want it to be, not so sure. Lol.

And then every now and again i wake up with morning wood, usually only when dying for a piss, lol. So lets see what bloods say.

Really excited to see what they look like.

However, i am really enjoying being natural at the moment. Not having to worry about all the different variables u have to worry about when on cycle.

And my coach can see that i have picked up a bit of muscle as well.

For sure im missing the awsome gains when u on gear, but i have realised that your life and health is a lot more important than getting buff..lol. not saying i will never take again, im still young, but i am VERY glad i have realised this now instead of a few years down the line when its too late to say shit, maybe i started a bit young..

did a whole heap of bloods. They took like 10 tubes. Lol.. So will post all results on friday.

OK, here we go!

So i went to see my endo, and the news wasnt really the best but we did discover some interesting things as I have done alot of blood work in the past few months so we have noticed some trends.

You will see, Test is still low. I have only included the levels that are necessary to put here, These bloods cost me R3600, so i got ALOT done, but all was good exept for below.

Liver:
S-g-glutamyl transferase = 127 IU/L ( This is extremely high, the highest in my range should be 64. He said that if I took these bloods and showed them to a GP, the GP would say that this patient is an alcoholic and is drinking a bottle of whisky a day)

This was caused from the kessar I took under that stupid physician I went too. And these were my readings after being off that for about 6 weeks, so you must know what they must have looked like while on kessar still)

He has given me Solal N-Acetyl-Cysteine = 4 Caps a day. He said this should fix it, if he was worried, I would be on a drop 3x a week. so thats getting sorted!

IGF1

This was 300 ng/mL. He said this was high and great for my age espicially considering the fact I took GH last year.

This has come up by 50 points since my last bloods.

Endocrinology

Oestradiol = 76 pmol/L ( He said this is fine BUT my test is very low also, so he said if my test levels were higher this would have been elevated alot more)

Test Total = 9.8 nmol/L

SHBG = 26 nmol/L

Free Test = 218 pmol/L

S-Dehydroepiandrosterone = 3.61 umol/L

FSH = 1.6 U/L

LH = 2.0 U/L

Conclusion

Ok, will try and remember everything he said!

We worked out that while I was on HCG and DHEA, my levels didnt increase at all. Once I came off that, they dropped alot! While I was on DHEA, my DHEA levels DROPPED ( makes sense huh?).

My test levels are still LOW. We are waiting another 6 weeks and we will do bloods again, he has given me DHEA as he said he wants to see if this will have any effect on Test levels or DHEA levels. He has a feeling that I may have had a testosterone defficiency when I was younger, and it was never diagnosed. Obviously this will never be certain because I have taken gear, but he has seen this many times.

Also, a reason he said that was, kids came to him who are ADD, he ran tests and found out they had a test defficiency, once he got their test levels back up again, they came off ADD medication completely. HE has seen this MANY times. I am ADD.

HE said he does not see me getting my test levels back, he wants to wait another 6 weeks as he worked out from the time I was off, we should get my TRUE base levels.

He believes that I am hypogonadic, he cant diagnose this yet but he said he has a pretty good feeling.

My LH is just not waking up again, no matter what we do.

I trust this doc with my life, he is an expert in this field. He has been on Carte Blanch twice. Once for Growth hormone replacement therapy, and once for Testosterone replacement therapy. He is very clued up.

So my opinion =
Ya, its fucking irritating, even though I may have caused this, its still irritating.
I do see myself on TRT in the near future but the truth is, I would much rather be on TRT for the rest of my life and live a healthy, normal life, than go the rest of my life on low test levels and feeling like shit.

It effects my moods alot, very hard on the GF as well.

But, as soon as i redo bloods again I will put up new details!

I hope some of you can learn a bit from this thread!

Sorry to hear the bad news but at least you have a good doc looking after you now. This guy does sound like he's clued up. TRT will sort you out bro. With those numbers it looks like that is the way to go.
