@switch - did the doc mention anything about fertility bro? while being on TRT etc.

Was wondering because as far as I know when you go on TRT you become sterile as you body no longer produce FSH, LH etc?? Will you still b able to father kids some how??

Hey snitch!

I asked him the first time i saw him, and he said i must not worry about fertility, so.i said ok! Lol! I will bring this up at our next appointment in about 5 weeks though!

He hasnt said whether its gonna be TRT, but with levels like that, u can kinda guess.

Hey Guys! Quick question!

I have a lump under my left nipple, and a smaller one under my right!

This flared up from when I was with the bullshit doc before my endo im with now! When I was on those huge amounts of HCG.

Will I now have to get surgery, or would an anti estrogen make them smaller?

Its weird, cause when they cold, you can feel them but the nipple looks perfect. But then when training, or as I wake up, you can clearly see its puffy.

I forgot to bring it up in my last appointment with my doc, will definately bring it up when I see him next! From what I have read on the forum and what some of you guys have experienced with surgery it sounds like HELL!!!!

Yep that is gyno bro. It is possible to reduce the size of the lumps and the puffiness if you treat it before it has been there too long. It can become permanent if left for a few months. I have been through this nightmare before and it SUCKS. Letro is the strongest AI there is and that is what you need along with nolvadex just for the transition phase when you ween yourself off. There is no other chemical solution besides letrozole unfortunately, and if that doesn't work then surgery is the only option.

I understand that your doc wants you off everything for a while now to do more tests. So it's up to you, but yea chat with him. Just know that if you leave it for a few more months then I'm afraid it is most likely there for good. The best you can then hope for from letro is a slight improvement.

Its ridiculous, during my WHOLE pre contest I didnt flare up at all, not at all!

Then this asshole doctor puts me on 5000ius of HCG a week, with no anti e. And when I told him they were getting sensitive, he said it cant be from the HCG.AAAARG!

If i go for surgery, that excuse for a doctor will pay for it!

Seem so pricey, and expensive! And if you get the wrong surgeon, it looks like he fucks up your nipple! LOL

aaaaaaaaaaaa,the joys of messing with your hormones, lol

Good that you can joke about it switch, but if you don't try going the letro route you will regret it. It has only been a few months now and you will see at least an improvement the gyno. There are no clinical studies specifically on treating gyno with letro (only nolva and arimidex) so your endo understandably won't suggest it.

Hey Snitch!

Sorry I have been so scarce bud, been a bit hectic.

OK, so I went back for a check up about 4 weeks ago and test levels are at 14. Which is not great at all but there is a slight improvement.

Liver is perfectly healthy now which I am very happy about.

What he has decided to do is keep me on the DHEA and everything else BUT we have decided to do Ovitrelle for 3 months. This is the final push to try and get my adrenals to wake up again, if this doesnt work, then i guess TRT it is,

The gyno is still hanging around, I am on 1.5mgs of arimadex a week to try get estro a bit lower, doesnt seem to be helping though, I see a gyno surgery happening in the near future.

Ovitrelle dosage is pretty much the following. Its a preloaded syringe now, so i just split the syringe into 3 parts. And i do 2 shots per week. So one syringe lasts me 1.5 weeks.

Will keep you all in touch.

Adrenals? That's a new one. Is your doc hoping your adrenals will compensate somewhat for your testes' low testosterone production? I know the adrenal cortex produces a tiny amount of testosterone but who's to say your adrenals needed waking up again? How did you get to that conclusion. Interesting. Just watch your gyno getting worse with such a high dose of ovitrelle. Thats the same as doing around 4000IU HCG a week.

I thought your endo concluded that your previous HCG run did not raise your testosterone levels? Are you seeing Dr. Bhana?

Anyway, good to see your test levels have increased. That must be very encouraging. 14 is a decent improvement and any improvement gives hope for recovery.

What dosage should I do and for how long? I have heard there are some sides from letro so just wanna make sure I am doing the reccomended dosage?

Rather stick with arimidex since you have a doc to prescribe it. I'd Letro is too strong and it's harder to get the dosing right. Very easy to mess up your libido on letro.

Or do you mean you want to take it to fight the gyno you have now? Just be aware that it will alter your blood test results if you draw blood when on the letro.

Then I would definitely do the letro since it's still early days. It will make you feel pretty crappy though but it's a small price to pay. Taper up to 2.5mg/day and keep it at that dose. When the gyno is gone keep it at 2.5mg another week and slowly taper down. Use nolva for 2-3 weeks 20mg/day when you start to taper down to prevent estrogen rebound.
