Oaks, please promise me you'll freaking love the next 10 years from 30 - 40!!! trust me and I really mean this it changes from 40! and one thing is for sure, you're not gonna be as horny as F... by 40, as you were in your 30's! so enjoy it while it lasts! it starts to change in a big way from i'd say 40! and look after those hormones like you do your investments! Even been on a cycle doesn't come close to how I was in my early 30's! Fuk man, miss those days! :(

What's your tricep training look like?

Furk, what i'd normally do is Tri's and chest together. i'll normally do three exercises for Tri's [after chest] ill sometimes, but very occasionally do one set chest 1 set tri's x 3... but thats really just occasionally!

Normally i'll do 3 sets of Tri's exercises str8 after chest with a rep range of between 8 - 12 and as heavy as possible. i'll almost always include drop sets and super sets in my tri's session. Thing is my Tri's are super strong for my size. and I always manage to have awesome pumps. I mix shit up a lot and change all the time, that's just the way I am. So if i don't manage to do chest and Tri's together i'll do them either on there own as a quick power 30min session or i'll combine them with biceps. i also use free weights as much as i can. and thats pretty much what i'll do hey!

No man, who the F is Bill?

Bru, you need to spend less time on candy crush [whatever that is  ] and come do some nice power sessions with me at the gym! :woohoo:

howzit gents...

I need some help here.. i have an umbilical hernia.. it's just developed so it's pretty small and i have had three repairs done in the past years in my groin. I saw my surgeon this morning and he advised I just get it done sooner then later, cause its only gonna get worse. so i booked it for the 8th of Feb. problem is, when he asked me what meds i'm on i just froze and replied with 'nothing!' bit of a f up, i know, but i know him quite well and just couldn't get myself to say it.

what do I need to disclose to him exactly about my cycle?? or can I just talk to the anesthetist on the day of the op? I still have one pin left this weekend and i'm running 80mg of VAR per day and want to start 2ml of test prop in my bridge.

What and how much do i need to disclose? i'm in really good shape and have zero health issues.

Or do i put the op off until the end of my PCT and no need to disclose anything, but then run the risk of the hernia getting a lot bigger.

Just tell the anesthetist on the day but tell him EVERYTHING. He will relay anything worth noting to the other surgeons and your doc stays in the dark. You will likely get some kind of remark on how bad steroids are for your health. Remember to report to us what he says. B)

Thanks so much Bru! So i'm gonna go ahead with the op as planned and get it over and done. i'll stop the Var on the Sat before the op. and maybe even the Proviron. Then after two days after the op i'll start the VAR again but at like 20mg / day. Bit of a f... up for my bridge, but these things happen! I will start swimming by that weekend after the op, did it before when he did my groin hernia... so i'm thinking as long as my nutrition is tops and I can swim for a week or two, I should remain anabolic.

Thanks for the Advice Pyro! appreciate it bud! ;)

Dude if your red blood cells are high and a complication happens a cloth could cause or excessive bleeding. I have had certain operations because of my blood reading I needed to be on a blood thinner for a month before I could be operated on.. I always say be transparent

Pump, Bru, this is such important information, thank you so much dude! i'm going to send an email to my surgeon ASAP an tell him my exact cycle details with dosages, etc, etc.. and i imagine he'd know what the risks are right? i will report back on exactly what he says.

Thanks again bru! this ^^^ is life saver information man!

Blood thinner for a month is kinda old school. These days they give you a SubQ injection called Clexan which immediately thins your blood and they give it to you again while in the hospital.

If chances of clotting is high, this is the only option, as explained by my cardiologist, and I have had to follow this protocol twice by two different cardiologists, who are the best of the best in this country. Yes you can use a pen for 3 days 'after' the surgery if they are not concerned prior to the operation and making sure post surgery you in the clear. However another real life example, a very close friend of mine had a hernia operation and had complications, a blood specialist was called in and it was a 3 day touch and go on his life.. he uses steroids year round but never relayed this information to the surgeon.

have you cleared this with the surgeon? I'm no expert, and I realise anecdotal info isn't worth much, but I've also had 2 hernia procedures. After the second one, I started training 4 days later, with stitches still in - and buggered it up

Pump and Pyro... DUDES!!! a 'thank you' is no where even close to how grateful I am to you oaks for sharing your experiences regarding this... I have mailed my surgeon, kinda in shame and with my tail between my legs.. but better that then some fatal situation.

I will post his actually reply and perhaps this will help a lot of the order guys on this site.. cause i'm sure this happens often and it's a really awkward and extremely dangerous situation to be faced with if you don't make the correct decisions at the time.

I'm truly so thankful to you guys! and don't ever forget karma oaks! it always comes around! ;) :)

Thanks mack. yeah, not sure if you swim.. but it really is one of the exercises you can safely do without putting much stress on any of your body parts and still get a good workout. In terms of rehab and being able to still keep active while you are in recovery it's probably the best 'all rounder' you can possible do.

What I have done in the past is wait for my follow up appointment, have the stitches removed and then just get the all clear from the doc that i'm all good to go..
