Good morning Guys..

Just a quick up date...
Day 15 of my cycle today. 3rd pin of Cyp and Primo today and still smooth as ever. added Prop 100 to the front load at 1.5ml E2D.
Weight is now around 74kg's. Strength is nicely up and pumps are really good. I decided to not add any Adex to this cycle until any sides arise or if they even do. Nutrition is 100% on point.

So far it's going really well. looking forward to the long esters kicking in within the next week or so.

here are some progress pics... :woohoo:

All the best...
R

I think you have gone extremely hard, shoulders have popped out too, your chest has grown too, you can see an increase in the size of your legs on top of that.. You have put on clean muscle, you wont lose and you have not blown up like a balloon, I agree on increase in test next time.

Pump, thank you so much for the kind words bru! I really appreciate it hey! I truly have enjoyed this cycle! it's been really consistent and i've had no sides at all! Haven't even touched an AI. may look as though my back is a bit spotty in the pic, but thats because I had just waxed it a few days before so not from the juice.

I'm looking forward to my bridge. I think I will just add in some Test Prop for two weeks into the bridge. 200mg every other day.
can you give me any suggestions on what I could change / add in while on the VAR? i'm thinking to carb cycle? and then i'll be doing a lot of swimming. at least 3 - 4 times a week. Weights will be 6 times a week. Heavy as F.. and low rep range. drop sets and super sets.

Any other suggestions to spice this end bit up a bit? ;)

Well done Ron.
Really man WOW. I have been quietly following your thread on this cycle from the start. You look harder to me and in some areas I can see more detail and straitoins. Your abs are fuller/bigger shoulders rounder/ more capped your veins are also more prominent. Legs are bigger and leaner lasts also bigger.
I can see you really put in effort man well done you can be proud. Add creatine while on the Var and go for 5sets 5reps type training.

It is on you. It always has been...

Thank you so much Rooi Bul! your kind words really mean a lot to me! I have to be honest and it's not cause i'm looking for compliments, but i look at my pics and I just don't see the gains! but i was just like, oh well, wtf, ill post them! ( guess i'm being hard on myself, which is also good! and i'm just one of those oaks who works way harder then most guys, but the gains are just always okay. :( Just my genetic make up and i'm okay with that now! i'm also turning 42! so even with the steroids it's still hard to gain nice muscle and if you are not gifted with good genetics you have to work your sweet ass off and nutrition is soooo key!

Thing i have learned on this journey and that is, if you don'd have the genetics nothing on this earth is gonna make you look like Bradley Martyn, Jeff Seid or Tavi Castro. like NOTHING! and thats just a hard fact of your life! :woohoo:

Thank you for the tips bru and noted! I will post more pics and hope there are some nice changes that are noticeable!

You oaks on this site have inspired me and helped me in a HUGE way! THANK YOU! ;)

Ron mate, your transformation has been amazing. It's hard to see things from the inside, which is why so many people end up with body issues that's hard to comprehend - sitting here on my end, I struggle to understand your sadness. If you wanted to be a chubby bulker, primo was the wrong choice, but you look fucking awesome (zero homo).

The one thing I would do tonight if I were you would be to trim that Turkish rug. It makes it a lot easier to see the slow but inevitable changes our bodies go through when there's no hair warfare. \

Get your rug waxed just to find your pain threshold. You look amazing bro I cannot believe you are 42 and looking that good. I would give my left nut to look like that when I am 42!! Those obliques and lats are amazing, I mean if you came to one of our pool parties you would embarrass the hell out of all the youngsters.

Some crit from my side just because the highest trees catch the most wind: Your traps and triceps are lagging which are big factors in 'looking bigger'. Your left quad has slightly overtaken the right but it's not serious just something to keep on your radar.

Ron my man! Do what ever you want with the torso, but keep rocking the beard! But I agree what's said about making the progress more visible. I've found this especially true when cutting (once I even shaved my entire body to make sure the vascularity and striations where there!)

Honestly, goal physique at any age for me. You have a truly athletic look. That balance and hardness is also a more acceptable look around the general populace (non BB concerned) so you'll look aesthetic in everything from your swimming goggles to a formal suite. Also because you aren't out of proportion, you waon't be called out for using the "sports vitamins". Be proud. Also, I think there is a genetic factor, you visible collar bone behind a built up trap, yes it resembles low body fat, but that cavity? Little details like that make gurrrls go bonkers. (Can't remember if your married or not? No disrespect to your wife if you are).
Full disclaimer: No homo.

@Pyro: That quad imbalance, could it be the way he is leaning on one side and angle? Just wondering because it did strike me, and the imbalance I see I cannot imagine that Ron acquired by accident.
