is there anything else that can be used for prolactin control?

my understanding - if estrogen is kept in check with proper AI during cycle then prolactin might not be a problem - depening on person to person and your deca dosages?

I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will come along shortly, but I do know that Winstrol also inhibits prolactin, but it does it differently. Winstrol blocks progesterone receptors. By doing so it inhibits prolactin.

I wouldn't say I had no issues,I am gyno prone and I start an AI about 3 days before my cycle starts to keep estrogen in check. With deca I had no prolactin problems at 300mg pw, on tren at 300mg pw I started seeing slight issues with prolactin but increased my AI and it didn't get worse, but it only occurred 2 weeks before I stopped the tren. I would say that don't start a cycle without an AI or caber and make sure you don't get a rebound after the cycle. Remember that everyone is different, what works for me might not work for you. Keep your test dose above that of the deca and you should be fine.
Deca takes long to kick in unless you're using NPP but it will still take 3-4 weeks to really see it working. Get caber and take advantage of the dose yiu decide on,if you're gonna be shut down might as well get the best results you can.

Deca and test is a great cycle, painfree training, smooth injection and great strength and size. You could add HCG from week 3 to help your goons.I can't help you with caber cause everytime I want to cycle I can't get a hold of any,but definitely keep some on hand.

He can add HCG if he has adex, aromasin or letro otherwise his estrogen is going to sky rocket and his prolactin is going to give him a guided tour through HELL

Longer Cycles vs Shorter Cycles;

What are your thoughts on longer cycles vs shorter cycles?

The default seems to be 12 weeks for a test e/c cycle @ 500mg/week. I know for some compounds it can be a bit longer (Deca, EQ).

However, would you guys recommend lengthening a test only cycle to 15/16 weeks or no real reason to? Or in the end does not even really matter that much if we apply the time on = time off protocol. So you'll be on for longer but also off for longer so in the end it evens out? Having only run 1 cycle so far I figured it best to ask here first.

Anyways, my reasoning behind asking is that to actually build a decent amount of muscle takes really long. Alot of the gains are increased water retention + glycogen. It takes years and years to build an amazing physique, steroids or no steroids.

If it is a test e/c cycle then you can safely extend to 16 weeks but we wouldn't easily recommend longer that is approaching 6months so with PCT time and off time then your off for the rest of the year...

It is on you. It always has been...

Shot Man.

I am going to be honest though. Me and Oupa talked about this a while ago.

As I got older I felt that short esters work better for me. You feel them quicker you see results quicker and best of all you get to start PCT quicker also if you keep the short estered cycles at 8weeks then your on cycle and PCT time is shorter so your off time is shorter. If you cycle conservatively then long ester 12 seekers + off time =6months so lets say 2 cycles a year where if you do short esters 8wekers you could do 3 cycles a year. Going to be honest though most of us wouldn't need more than 2 cycles a year ever...

It is on you. It always has been...

Hmm, anyone know what to do about minor acne. I got basically no acne while on cycle or PCT tbh, but now, 2.5 months later I been getting acne on my arms and shoulders, not a lot, but definitely unsightly. I have about 4 on my left arm, 3 on my right arm and 2 on my right shoulder. The weird thing is they go away then come back just in diff areas of my arms/shoulders.

Really weird. Also I feel like I may have asked this question before lol, sorry if I have.

This link seems to have been removed. Do you perhaps have a new link for me ?

PS. great post, thank you. I am doing as much research (reading) as I can. Also being on TRT for 6 years, I need to understand what the doctors are saying to me, and I even have doctors who disagree with each other, which forces me to do my own studying, and talk to people, and ask lots of questions.

Thank you.
