Been away so much with work man. Installing security systems at "sensitive" sites in the sticks. Had very little time or connection even, to get on to my favourite site.

I am a newbie, so I hope I am doing this correctly.

I have read the 'What every Newbie should know' with the links to all the info sites with regards to cycles,PCT and so on. It is very informative and sheds alot of light on questions I would have asked.

One of the links shows you some suggested cycles with the PCT to be used and when.

The begginers bulking mass muscle one is Dianobol and Testostarone Cyp.
The PCT is Clomiphane and Tamoxifence Citrate ( hope I spelling this correctly)

Would this indeed be something for a fisrt timer? Again I hope I have done this correctly.

The beginners bulking cycle is a really good first cycle.

My idea is to be able to put on some mass muscle, and then from there work with it 'cleanly' hopefull that will work. I have been training for quite a while but struggle to put on noticable muscle size(hardgainer).

I am 31 years old already.

I have someone who does my training programmes and once a month takes down my mesurements to see my progress eg skinfold test and cicumfrance test. I had someone that was also doing my diet for me( without a proper diet I might as well go home) but unfortunitly he has moved. So at the momment I am looking for someone to assist with my diets again. I would give him my stats monthly and according to that add more food(calories) as I picked up muscle.

You have come to the right place for a custom diet and training program. Ask admin for DJs email adress his the diet guru he will make you grow with out any drugs.

Every guy that is new to AS, like me, it is overwhelming to read the posts of experienced guys, which made me feel a bit mind-f*cked the other night, and caused me to make a post almost exactly to the ones that started this topic.

I think every guy new AS must first be directed to "getting started" stuff before even thinking of asking questions that are actually stupid if you are not educated.

This just tought me again to be patient when it comes to your body and to fisrt do research.
