Anonymity is clearly desired. Yet when guys compete and results etc. are posted their identities are plainly obvious.

Maybe they wanted to be recognised or they were too stupid to realise the risk and report it to a moderator for removal.

We always warn new members about the risks, but it they don't care then it's their problem. We are not censoring their identities, but I often get requests to remove info that exposes someone.

I really do not see any reason for this debated.

I'm not saying we need to debate or post names.

I agree about the anonymity. But like you said, I think guys forget the power of social media. By congratulating someone on achieving "the best dressed entrant" (joking) or their position it doesn't take much to ID said person.

It's unfortunately a case of the guys who really excel can't get the accolades they should.

Now I understand, my apologies.

We recommend that our members stay anonymous for their safety and other reasons I only discuss with the moderators. If they deserve any congratulation for their achievements we can still congratulate them without exposing their real identities. Just because you can identify someone by using a social networking website doesn't mean we can post that person's name on this website. It's completely different.

We have many high profile bodybuilders that browse these pages daily, but they do not register for fear of people connecting the dots. If we openly discuss DJ and Koe's identities they will never get sponsorship deals, because NO supplement company in SA would like their athlete to be associated with steroids. (We know the truth, but look what happend with Lance Armstrong and the same will happen to DJ and Koe if they become high profile athletes.)

If you really respect DJ and Koe, you will not post their names here.

Thank you for this post, finally everything ive been trying to find in one place.

This is what i have come up with so far for my first cycle, which ive been planning and researching for about 3months.

Deca durabolan - 400mg per week for 8 weeks (i.e 1ml twice a week)
Sustanon 250 - 500mg per week for 8 weeks (i.e 1ml twice a week)
Dianabol - 30mg ED, for 6 weeks (first 6 weeks)
Arimidex on hand

PCT cycle will start 58 days after the last sust injection. (According to www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/info...9-post-cycle-therapy )
Day 1-7: - Clomiphene citrate (Clomid 50mg) is used as 50 mg twice daily for full 7 days.
Day 8-37: - Tamoxifene citrate (Nolvadex 20mg) at 20mg per day for full 30 days.

My details are
Height 1.90m
Weight 95kg
Age 26
Body Fat 20%

Diet : try to stick to - 10760 kJ (2572 calories)
- protein 50%
- carbs 30%
- fat 20%

What do you guys think of this stack as a first cycle?
also, is it neccessary to use Arimidex, 1mg ED, on cycle with this stack? Advice varies from forum to forum...

Advice that also varies is that deca is a good compound to add to my first cycle?

Bud before we crucify you when you're clearly reading and doing what you need to.. Read the sample cycles beginners bulk. This would be an ideal first cycle. Then opeN your own thread and we can advise there.

At that BF (est 20%) you should look at dieting down first before jumping on the sauce train. A high body fat increases the side effects and decreases the effectiveness of a cycle.

It's a cool reference, explains how steroids work, why and how PCT, and has a long list of substances giving the history, side effects, normal dosages. I've got it, but if you have Internet access 24/7 you probably don't need it.
