The questions from Newbies on this site seem to follow the same repetitive pattern lately, i.e. they ask similar type of questions that show a really bad lack of knowledge on steroids and what they are about to do to their bodies.

Now of course we would rather have them on this site asking questions, than taking the crap bro advice freely and wrongly dispensed in most gyms these days.

BUT, personally, I feel that the valued advice from the more experienced members here would be better served helping on a less superficial level than the constant "Why do you want to do a Dbol only cycle?" or "Why does your friend suggest you do an oral only cycle for 5 weeks?" or the even worse... "Ok, so you never knew: to keep an AI on hand / run a PCT after your cycle, so here's what we are going to have to do..." etc, etc. You guys get the picture.

Time is wasted by answering the same basic questions over, and over again mostly because the original poster is just too lazy to hit the Google button! It's insane.

As much as we encourage questions rather than see someone hurt themselves, I think a by following a few basic rules, people that are new to this site could educate themselves better, and ask the type of more serious questions that could educate a lot more members on this site (including me). I mean if someone can't be bothered to look up the basic dosage of a drug they want to use, we have a problem.

My suggestion is we build a set of "First Go To...' protocols before posting here. I will list a few that I think would help, and I really encourage absolutely everyone to chip in here please.

First and foremost, we do expect you to do some research yourself. If you are going to be taking substances that could be potentially harmful, if not done correctly, you should at least have a basic knowledge of what you are doing. Go here first:
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/info...steroid-cycle-basics

And here:
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum/4-cycle...cle-should-look-like

You MUST plan your Post Cycle Therapy BEFORE you start your cycle: So go here before you even come to this board or start your cycle:
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/info...9-post-cycle-therapy

Secondly, plan your own cycle. Don't just pop up on the board and expect members to do your work for you. When you present the board with your intended cycle, you will get the best advice on tweaking it, fixing it, etc. But plan it first.

Learn about potential side effects, specific to the drugs you want to run. Your cycle can be ruined by this. Know what action you need to take to prevent or fix this, should it occur. Learn more about this here:
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/information/10-side-effects

Plan your PCT at the same time and don't forget to add your intended AI for running during the cycle.

When you present your cycle, also tell us about yourself. Like your age, how long have you been training, weight, height, body fat, etc. Tell us what you want to achieve with your cycle. Also don't forget to add your intended PCT for scrutiny as well.

It will help YOU a lot if you lay out your planned diet as well. Many a cycle has been compromised simply because the BB has eaten too much/too little, not enough protein, macro-nutrients all wrong, etc

Don't ask members where you can source the drugs you are looking for. They will just ignore you.

If you are not eating or training right, no amount of steroids are going to help you. Rather look for advice to sort that out first. (DJ is fantastic here). You are simply not ready to run a course until all that is fixed.

If you are a teenager you are NOT ready to do a cycle. Steroids can do serious damage to a teenagers endocrine system. In fact imo if you are under 25, wait before you start your first course.

Oral-only cycles are discouraged here (and any self-respecting site), especially if it's your first cycle. Generally, Test should be the basis of practically every cycle. So don't ask about your Dbol only cycle, go back and read what a decent cycle should comprise, then come back prepared. I personally feel that a Test only cycle is the best bet for a first course, and I know a lot of members will agree with me.

Injections are not to be feared, they are for the most part painless and easy to do yourself. Quite frankly if you are scared of a needle you shouldn't be here in the first place. Learn about injecting and the various injection sites here:
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/info...ocols-and-procedures

Be respectful to the people that are trying to help you. If someone here with 20 years of experience tells you that your cycle is no good, and it's not the answer your are looking for, sarcasm and insults will just turn everyone against you.

Know your measurements when discussing dosages:
cc = cubic centimeter
ml = milliliter
mg = milligram
g = gram
IU = international unit

1. "cc" and "ml" measure the VOLUME of a chemical.
2. "mg" and "g" measure the WEIGHT of a chemical.
3. a "cc" and a "ml" are EQUAL in volume.
4. 100 IU and 1cc/ml are EQUAL in volume.

There are fantastic sample cycles on this site that have been tried and tested over many, many years of experience by thousands of people. These cycles have been worked out by clever, experienced guys. If I were you, I'd pick one of them according to your goals. Have a look here:
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/sample-cycles

Lastly read up on the profiles of the drugs you intend using. You have to know all about the effects, good or bad, that the chemicals might have on you, and what to do about it.

I am sure if you put in a little effort beforehand and follow the basics, you will get the best out of this board and it's members, and of course, the best out of your cycle.

Thanks Ice-Rip

Another thing I must mention. I read a stat on a reputable site that about 52% of injectables and over 20% of oral gear on the market is probably counterfeit. Not sure how accurate the figures are, but it makes a very important point:
Make sure you get your gear from a reliable source. Research the boards. Check what labels are prone to counterfeiting . Check which ones are often inconsistent in concentration and which brands are just crap.
A little research will save you a lot of money. Ask around, get references from other users about your supplier if you can. And just simply avoid the brands that could be dodgy, it's not worth the risk.
Just don't ever, ever, come on line and ask about sources.

I suppose not anyway I was saying i'm a complete newby right here and I have been doin research for about a month now! My aim is to get a lean hard muscular look sort of like taylor lautner in new moon! So from my research I've found a diet for a cutting cycle for bodybuilders and I've lost 6 kilo's in the last 2 months on this diet and doin some hiit training with running only, no weight trainin ok only two sessions of weights anyway i'm down to 80 kilo's now and stil would like to lose another 6 kilo's of fat and build maybe another 4 kilo's of muscle givin me a net weight of 78 kilo's wen i'm done. I plan doin testocyp250 and test eth300 with some wini and nolva to prevent the bloatedness and water retention caused by aromatization! I wanna do a ten week cycle. Am I on the right track? Also ppl don't really give good examples of pct to use I've just thought this cycle up on my own i'm gonna start this in a months time. Any ideas for me?

why are u only doing 2 sessions a week dude?u can achieve the lean fag boy look from new moon with diet and training 4 days a week,u dont need to take juice in order to achieve that!you cant achieve that look only doing weights twice a week! also what do u want to use test cyp and test enanthate together? u will need to use arimadex or aromasin or letrozole to combat bloat but also diet plays a key role in the bloated look!

Ha ha me too. Pissed myself fully. :P

But seriously Lsuarez, you don't need gear, you need a diet and a PROPER training program, to easily achieve your goals. Why don't you contact DJ and let him work out things properly for you?
