I have the breakdown as follows (changes made are 40g whey instead of 60g, an extra 10ml olive oil, and smooth blackcat with no added sugar and salt)
Fat:129g
Carbs: 48g
Protein: 299g
Total calories: 2658kcal
I used this a while back and had some great results...
I know that the high protein content may hinder ketosis but I believe with proper training it is still achieved.
