Well done DK!

Well it depends, do you think you are now keto adapt?
You will know mainly by your energy levels, if you have been feeling euphoric and increased energy, chances are that you are adapt and can go ahead with the cheat meal...

But if I'm not mistaken you've been at it in excess of 3 weeks?
I say go for it bud...

And Yea reduce fats completely, replace them with carbs B)

Well my friend I'm not sure

I feel a lot better , calm and relaxed and I'm not as tired anymore

My workouts don't end as quick as they use to and I'm pushing it hard again in the gym

I feel that I'm in a good mood through the day no more snapping out

And well I actually think I can start feeling when my body enters ketosis

For the first week I feel super tired , down and very foggy as if I can't think straight or concentrate , and then I start to get better and better till I feel happy and energized again

Haha so with all of this , you think I should wait another week before I do a cheat??

Buddy

You think maybe I should stick it out another week and maybe just to be sure that I am keto adapted

But the reason I want to cheat is so that my thyroid can release some T3

But ya haha I'll leave you to decide as you have more knowledge my friend

Give it one more week, have a look at the results then you will see for yourself why you shouldn't do a cheat meal.

Trust Pyro haha, learnt more reading and rereading his advice than I did from the rest of the Internet... With dieting and weight loss at least.

I like Pyro cause he doesn't spoon feed you, he asks questions to ensure that you understand what your about to do to your body and it also challenges you to go and read more.

+1 Pyro.

The thing is that pyro actually teaches you , he gives you just the right amount of knowledge and insite so that you get curious to go and do some more reading and learn more

Defiantly a + 1 from me

And then there is MM , who is always very helpful and really go's out of he's way to help , he is a very good hearted guy and I really respect him for that , and also appreciate he motivation and the way he keeps encouraging a person to keep on working hard

I have lots of respect for these 2 guys

Kind words Bro

I think it comes down to this game we play, we don't have 80min on a field, and then go home. We are in a constant mental and physical battle against ourselves.

And the challenge of that is phenomenal. So those who battle alongside you and understand what we do. That alone deserves respect and encouragement...

Is there any difference between doing my 20min cardio before my workout or after my workout??

Please correct me if I wrong

But I don't personally think that I would make a difference in results to do cardio pre of post workout as both ways you will be depleting energy levels effective and the body will tap in to fat stores for energy??

It will make a difference to muscle growth as you will have more strength and stamina to press out more reps. If you want to do cardiovascular training first, you need a good couple hours to be able to match the intensity you would have had,as if you never did your cardio work first.

I say do what suits you...

I used to battle to push out cardio after an intense weights session, so started my workouts with cardio so I had no excuses...

Of late Iv been doing am fasted cardio and loving it. But will see how viable it is when I m back at work.

If I wanted to do fasted cardio I have to take my food with me to work ( or gym as I'm a personal trainer ) and that's not leker

I have a lot of stamina so I don't struggle that much with cardio after weights

As long as you're doing what you need to do to achieve your goals bud...

I'd rather get someone to do something 80% right all the time, than do it for 2 weeks then fall off track... Continuity counts more than perfection...

Hahaha that's true MM , like I herd in a earlier post , the sport we do makes us selfish people and well obsessive people to because we will never be happy with our body's and will always want to be bitter , leaner and stronger
