I'd avoid it bud...

Some stimulants can keep you out of ketosis.

But the major issue is that pre workouts are often loaded with fillers and sugar.
If you feel really flat, I'd say a cup of black JO... But even that should be limited.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Caffeine might keep you out of reaching ketosis, might... But once you are in ketosis there is no problem.

Keep swimming you are getting there Nemo! :) You will know you are in ketosis when you hit that big energy and endurance increase. Other signs include dry mouth or a funny metallice taste in your mouth, darker urine and/or a slightly funny smell in your urine.

While some speculate the bad breath is from the ketones, I think it has more to do with how little food you eat versus on a normal carbohydrate fueled diet. For example if you eat one tablespoon of natural peanut butter, think about how much oats or rice you could have eaten for the same amount of calories. Bad breath is caused by bacteria in the mouth, so if your mouth remains closed more and not much food passes through it to scrape off some bacteria, you leave a better environment for the bacteria in your mouth to grow.

Well that makes a lot of sens haha , so what is the possibility that I have entered ketosis?

I have an energy boost
urine smells funny
Lots of cardio endurance

And this week my body "tightened up" around my love handles and stomach

But my forearms look and feel smaller haha

This is I silly question , but could my thyroid enter starvation mode with not having carbs for so long? Or am I still perfectly fine and my body is slowly feeding and using fat as energy

Right now don't worry about size.. get yourself down to 10 percent, it's a great bodyfat to be at to pick up nice lean muscle mass. Then it's easy to tweak this here and there.

Well done on your progress

Hay 00pump thank you very much sir

Well my goal now is to get down to 12 - 10% bf , this is my first goal

From 12 - 10% bodyfat I plan to do my first cycle , the beginner bulk cycle

And then my end goal with all this in mind is to add on size and muscle mass while keeping my self in the 12% bf range and not going to high with my bodyfat again

So that is basically my short , middle and long term goals

A question I was wondering about

When I will be at the desired bodyfat % , and I start eating carbs again , will my muscle become swollen and full again and look bigger than what they do at the moment being depleted , will the re-introduction of carbs in to the muscle make a difference??

Hay guys

So I have been thinking about the fasted cardio , I have asked a few questions about it but I'm stil not quite sure

Does fasted cardio fit in to my goals and diet? Is this something I could do

Maybe 30min fasted cardio in the morning and then 20min cardio after my workout ?

Is this to much cardio for my diet ?
