You could easily fit it into your training and I'm sure you will benefit...

More importantly 299 replies was bugging me far more than it should, sooooo

Hay guys

Sad to say no changes yet , still look the same and weight the same

Could I try a cup of black coffee today before my workout or will this kick me out of ketosis?

The diet total cals are 2200 so I'm dropping this to 2000 clas for the next week

Starting to experiment a bit with the diet now and trying to think of new ways to burn the fat

I will incorporate the morning fasted cardio the week after next week because I want to see if there will be any difference or change when I take out the 200 cals

Cardio for next week will be 30min after training

It won't kick you out, relax bud...

You'll have a small boost from the caffeine.
Try use nescafe classic or an equivalent. I just don't see the point of chicory when I want coffee :P

Hay guys just wanted to know if this is normal

Last week I was looking lean and heard and this week I have a very soft look to me , is this normal?

I actually read something that said when your body has a "soft" or "lose skin" appearance it means that fat cells are starting to break down??

Hay pump , you think its time to add in a small cheat meal?

If pyro gives the go ahead ill do a cheat meal

And the reason for my answer why I think I am not losing fat , I am losing weight but I am starting to look softer and losing shape to my physique

I am starting fasted cardio from tomorrow , have not yet decided if BCAA will be needed but I will be having a solid food meal straight after cardio

I will include a cheat meal if pyro allows a cheat meal

From tomorrow I will be doing 40min fasted steady state cardio and 20min cardio after my workout to give me a cardio total of 60min

Really going to push for the next 3 weeks because I really need to get started in my first cycle

DK something to think about and perhaps Pump or Pyro could shed more light...

Our bodies constantly strive for homeostasis, right?

So I would think it unwise to cut down and rush into a cycle where you will start eating in surplus... Surely your body will try store this as fat?

I'd opt for a period of maintenance once you hit your goal followed by a cycle... Carefully monitoring your total calories...

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

No cheat meal. You are losing fat even though you don't see it. In a week or two you will think back and see how much you've lost, stop being so anal and pedantic you are gonna end up with a mental disorder or panic attack or something.

Have a carb up the day before your most difficult lifting day. What is your LBM at the moment?

No BCAA's needed before fasted cardio. Green tea and/or caffeine (or black coffee) pre is a winner.

@ MM , sorry bud for not making it quite clear , but I did not mean jumping directly onto a cycle as soon as I am off keto

I was thinking of starting my cycle in march

@ pryo , haha sorry I just really strive to succeed in this business and I don't want to make to many mistakes without learning from them

@ furk , I will defiantly try the black coffee before fasted cardio

If you are sensitive to taste/ chemicals try caffeine caps, a lot more convenient and less chance of making you nauseous.

How much do you weigh and what's your body at %? I'll guide you how to do a carb-up. Six weeks on keto is long enough, time to reset leptin and make some glycogen super-compensation gains!

Okay sure thing, I check you pic tonight.

What it sounds like at the moment your carb up will be:

675g carbs for the entire day. (2698 calories)
126g needs to be taken post workout.
No fats for this day. Only super pure protein sources, egg whites, whey, tuna ect.

But I can give you a better answer if I know your true lean weight.
