Thanks a lot my friend pyro

My GF has not been this festive season with me , and I did not het the results I was looking for because my diet's cals was to high and it felt like all the hard work I was putting in was for nothing just one huge waist of time , but at least now I know why the results was not that good

I'm excited to start the new diet today and to see what results I can come up with

I will be on your journey with you.
About two years ago, after the birth of my second kid I finally realized how over weight I was at 1.80 and 110kg, with zero muscle.
I started gaming and one year later I was down to 78kg, then a year ago I started the muscle building phase and got up to a relatively low bf 84kg.
Then in September I underwent surgery after a cancer scare, lost motivation on the back of a rough year and out on about 8kg of fat.
On the first I started a new routine under the guise of a pro, looking to looking the chunk in the next 10-12 weeks and get super lean.
The road will be tough, the journey long, but the destination worth it.

Being gycos depleted and losing some water in the muscle is very difficult mentally as you look very flat and it feel's like you have lost a lot of muscle mass because you look a lot smaller that usual

But I'm sure that I did not los muscle because of the high cals in my previous diet

Now the new diet is going to be a good test of trust and character because if afraid of losing muscle

But I'm more excited and curious to see the end results and see my potential for the future

I was watching a video on youtube about keto , the guy suggested a refeed meal when weight los starts to stagnant , he suggest clean carbs especially potatoes to boost metabolism again but said NO! Fruits

So if I don't los any weight in the next 2 weeks will it be okay to have a refeed meal

I promise that you will drop bud...
Even on the previous diet you would have continued to drop...
Now it will happen faster!
Don't stress about that just yet, with your commitment it's going to be pretty hard not lo lose weight.

Oky so I'm not sure if my cals are to low now but I'm losing weight fast , I have more energy than ever it is as if I can do cardio for days on end , I felt stronger today in the gym

BUT .... I look smaller , and flatter and may be a bit leaner

I am defiantly going to be 101kg by friday because I am today 102.05kg

So the diet is perfect of cals are to low ??

The weight loss will be a combination of fat, water and glycogen. Hence looking flatter... Dont stress it bud, you're on track!

Yes. You are seeing for yourself what keto can do. Remember there is nothing substantial in your muscles so you will feel flat. At this point you should be losing little water and mostly fat.
