First off... Did you enjoy your mango??

To answer your question bluntly, yes it is possible to gain muscle on keto maybe a kilo or two. A better explanation of why you feel you gained muscle is that when you lean out you actually look bigger with your muscles more defined, which gives the impression that you are getting bigger. Earlier in the year I neglected my diet and training and gained some kilos. Then when I went on keto everybody was convinced that I was on gear.

When you reach ketosis you will be full of energy. If you do a cheat meal before you reach ketosis then you are back at step 1 and everything has been for nothing. Your choice.

Aahh shit that's not good news , I was really hoping that I could have a cheat meal today so that I could drop from the 105kg mark , but if it is not time , then its not time for it yet , I'm following your advice 100%

Is it really worth it? How are you gonna feel about it tomorrow morning? Before you kill your diet with a carb binge, take 800mcg Chromium and drink 1L of water. Then ask yourself if reaching your goal is worth feeling bad for just one more day.

Hay guys

I am a bit confused at the moment , I am getting more vascular and leaner visibly but my weight is stil at 105kg

I did some cm measurements this morning and just for some interest sake my arms are 45cm and my caves are also 45cm but both my arms and caves are starting to get quite vascular with veins so this means that I am losing my fat from my arms and legs first and then slowly moving inward's to my body

Your extremities always lean out first. After that though we are all different like for me my abs lean out before my lower back and pecs whereas most peoples abs go last.

Go big or go home...

That's true , my pecs don't have that bad om a time to lean out , but my love handles and lower back is a utter and total nightmare , but my legs seem to lean out when I do my cardio on a stepper or a bike or incline treadmill

Btw ,Not my current cardio methods though

Ey bud

It is recommended that as you weigh yourself you need to do a bf% measurements as well. A scale doesn't differentiate whether the 105kg is bf, muscle, or water. As you're leaning out check your bf and this must be done by a professional. A scale may be disheartening at times after your worked so hard to loose.

An update on my progress

I decided to cut out coffee and it now seems that I am on 104kg

My workout also have more drops sets and super sets so that my workouts do net go over the 60min mark

Just remember that if you were say, benching 80 kgs for reps before, that you try keep pressing that 80 kgs even though you're doing drops and super sets. Otherwise, you will lose strength, and ultimately muscle mass as well.

Hay BMS , not sure what my current bf is at the moment sorry budy but I'll get it checked in the new year

I'll upload a pic in 2 weeks time but I'm sure its not to far away from 12% as I'm starting to see some shape to my abdomen and my obliques

I am also becoming more and more vascular each week in my arms and legs
