And you will run the 50mg tablet how? Split? You will have 21.5mg and 28.9mg. Splitting by 3? :P

I want to see you split a 50mg tablet into 4 equal pieces lol. Try splitting 50/50 would be the best bet.

I have used 30mg winstrol a day and the full 30mg 2 hours before a workout. Worked well but i could feel the change in moods because of a hormone imbalance as the half life changed waiting for the next dose

sorry for the hijack

i see rooi bul and Oupa both opting for Winstrol in a cut... to add oupa is always recommending it over anavar.
would it be better to use winstrol for cutting purposes during the bridge in any future cycles?
i have used anavar and opted for it due to the reviews as well as the "safe" factor. however, i have learnt so much on this board and am no longer afraid to encounter sides seeing as there are ways to control it.

i am now ready to try something new especially if it will yield better results

EDIT: i should probably have searched a bit before asking that question

Furk and Oupa.

Almost ready for before pictures I started tightening the reigns on the diet again cleaning up and ever so slightly reducing calories. So I recon in two weeks time I will be ready for before pictures and to start the cycle. Current morning weight after toilet business is 105kg constant I dropped 1kg a week the last two weeks.

Oupa so going two start the Winstrol last two weeks of cycle and then the 4week bridge.

What about something to kick start the cycle I was thinking Oral Tren as my Test and Master on is going to be run for 14-16weeks that is going to be plenty Time for Liver to rest and recover also I don't drink and I take 3 essential extreme every day

Hi guys so Yesterday was day 1 full Keto.

No Anabolics yet.

I started cutting four weeks ago on keto but took all this time to get into full deep ketosis. Getting to this point sucked strength dipped seriously.

No last night And yesterday morning I tested and it showed Ketosis. Training went awesome me and Lallie do Shoulders and Legs on Monday nights.

I seated military pressed 105kg for 8reps on my fifth set. Lateral raised more than usual 5kg a side more perfect reps. Legs are also up on all lifts even calves.

Cardio performance is also better.

So seeing as I have the Keto sticks I upped carbs to 50g post workout last night just to see if I would get bumped out and this morning I am back in Ketosis so going to see I think the Vitargo post workout and some carbs with my pre workout meal but keeping to no more than 50g total for the day makes a big difference.

Weight 105kg
Cals 2000 max
Carbs 50g
Protein 130g 1.6g per Kg
Fat 142g

Body fat 21% +- 2-3% for error

I think I am rather going to start begin April so I have more time to get below 15%/before starting the cycle

50g is too much bud. Remember there are levels of ketosis and the more carbs the less ketones will be produced. Everybody is in ketosis when they wake up, but you won't be after your cheat meal or possibly at all during the day.

Hi Fellas.

All my gear is ready and on standby all my support and PCT also sorted.

Weight is slightly up to 105kg but body fat is visually lower muscles are fuller and bigger while getting leaner so definitely some strong recomposing going on. After this week and weekend I will upload pics and wait for the go ahead. 3 April I'll upload pics for BF Estimate and Cycle go ahead.

My 3.2km/2mile run time has gone to shit. But I expected this as I am 14kgs up. When I was 91kg at 15% I dit it in 9 minutes 47 seconds now I push and just do it in 16minutes.

As I do more what some would consider Cross Training I am leaning more to running lower doses like in Oupa's Cross Fit Cycle. Test E @ 150mg/week Masteron E @ 100mg/week MK677 @ 15mg/day. Winstrol @ 50mg/day will be taken last 6weeks of cycle covering my 4 week bridge so last two weeks of cycle and beyond. I sourced two packets of Oral Trenbolone (Methyltrienolone) going to use this as a kisck start 500mcg/day taken in two dosages as each tablet is 250mcg they do have a breaker so halwing each tab and taking four split dosages of 125mcg is also feasible any thoughts and input will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Bud, not to judge you but there is no ways that you would be able to complete 3.2km in 9:45. That's faster than MO Farah... The 16 minutes sounds about right.

Going anything under 4min/km would be excellent which leaves you at about 13min for the 3.2km.

Sore today, strong tomorrow!!!

Hi Optron.

Yeah sorry you were right I went and checked my S Shealth run times now and my two best 3.2k times were 10:47 and 11:47

But remember that was like a year ago and I was 14kg lighter than now 91kg at 15%.

For now I will aim to do 12:47

Mo's WR is 3000m in 8mins

I think his WR 3.2k is 8min 7sec

Even as far back as 1904 my 9:47 would not have been near a world record.

That's still massively impressive, well done. +1 deserved because that pace don't just come easy. If you can get back to that sort of training, you'll reach those goals sooner rather than later. Who knows, soon we'll be racing each other B)

I like your planned cycle, am just NOT a fan of Winstrol, especially with you doing some running. I tried Winstrol twice before and both times ended up with stress fractures. Unless you focus on only cross-training when introducing the Winstrol. I am more a fan of Anavar, although it also gives a pump, it's more bearable. I did a similar cycle before and it worked wonders.

I also think GW can be a great addition
Unfortunately I don't have any experience on the tren so can't comment on the using thereof.

Well done, that's really not bad. Less than 4min/km. Excellent commitment!!

Lungs and legs on fire is awesome, part of getting fitter, faster and better.

Just watch that those shin pumps doesn't get out of hand. It easily goes to shin splints and and before you know it, into a stress fracture.

+1 for that 12min/3.2km!! Doing that is way harder than it sounds!

Sore today, strong tomorrow!!!

That was actually my last run for a while. Going to start cycling rather. Less impact. 20min sprints. Or just 6.4km in 12mins or less.

Don't want splints or fractures.

Agree, rather safe than sorry.

Ive found that 1 x hard running session a week on grass, doesn't do much damage. There enough time in between to recover fully. It's the repeated running that cause the problems.

Yes, there is some nice alternatives to running.

Bike:

High intensity.
Ex.
1min hard (Level 7 or 8)
1min Easy (Level 3 or 4)
2min hard
3min hard
4min hard
5min hard
4min hard
3min hard
2min hard
1min hard

Each hard with a 1min Easy in-between.

Another nice bike session:

1min hard (level 7 or 8)
20sec Easy (level 3 or 4)
Repeat for 20 min.

Aqua Jogging

Run in the deep end of a pool. The water add resistance but you don't have impact on the legs. Its also great for recovery and the moving water acts as rehabilitation/massage.

Arc-Training

Arc-Training is my go-to training when I try to keep impact to a minimum.

With all of the above, you can alternate between short, high intensity session example 3x 10min or a 20min sprint, or you can go for a low intensity, high volume long session example 40-60min on medium level.

All this cross-training can just get boring sometimes, but luckily you are strong minded so I dont think you will have a problem with it.

Last, I like to once every two weeks test myself with a crossfit session:

"Cindy"

You see how many sets you can do in 20 minutes:

Set:

5 x Pull-ups
10 x Push-ups
15 x Air-squads

It is a full body Cardio Killer....... It's one of the hardest exercises I test myself with.

Every two weeks you try to beat your previous best.

Good luck bud, keep us posted.

Sore today, strong tomorrow!!!

Wind-gates is for me by far the best cardio (save swimming).

Spin 1 min all out
1 min rest
repeat....
