Thanks guys really appreciate the words of motivation.

I am stoked and fired up I made good progress this last month body fat dropped quite a lot but weight stayed the same so a major recomp there as my strength is way high. I give my all in the gym every session. Loving the 3day a week training split. I will keep you guys posted.

Quitting is not an option.

I want to make 8/9% Body Fat in next year...

Hi Gents.

19% Today
103.4kg
Lean Weight is up to 83kg.
Waist is down an inch.

I am following Oupa and Eidolons advice and running Test Prop and Aromasin only going to run it for 8weeks today s start of week 2.

Hitman when we spoke last week I was actually at 22% I checked my records today

n Vraag, ek is nou op Aromasin ook so sal dit n probleem wees as ek 2ml Maandag, Woensdag, Vrydag spuit dos 600mg. Ek wou oorspronklik Test Enanthate 300mg Maandag/Donderdag gevat het. Aromasin vat ek ook 20mg op daai dae.

Calories bly op 2000 oorweeg nog om te drop na 1800 toe.

Liking The Test...

I have been on Ketogenic diet before and on ECA and Yohimbine. But my midsection has never tightened up so fast before. Energy and Libido are way up. I also sleep better at night. So The only two new things are Testosterone and Clenbuterol Clenbuterol is 80mcg a day and I see and feel no need to go over the that.

Maar sy kan dit kry. Haar eet en oefen gewoontes is reg ek hou haar drop ons oefen saam en sy maak die kos. Haar sort tand kry haar net onder. Sy het Vriende gemaak met n perd wat dit kan kry het vir haar 30 30mg Phentermine tabs gegee dos Durmine maar ek het vir haar gese ek teken Sibutramine is veiliger sal net eers by julle seker maak.

Kyk ek het geen persoonlike ondervinding nie, maar dit lyk orraait. Vir veiligheid, vrae direk volgende vrae :
1)Is sy op enige medikasie wat haar buie kan beïnvloed? Soos antidepressant of antiangs?
2) Is hart kondisie goed?

Dit is verban in ń paar lande en dus hoor ons minder daarvan. Ek dink die oorsaak van die verbanning is van die moontlike probleme wat dít met jou hart kan hê.

Ek het al op gelees en so. Phentermine/Duromine lyk bietjie rof dit blyk as of Sibutramine bietjie veliger is Maar oor n Langer tydperk Werk.

Weight is up to 108kg
Body fat is down to 17% waist also down an inch. Really digging the Test Prop and Aromasin. Strength is up on all my lifts I am on 2200 calories a day.

quick question.
i see you run clen on cycle.
i have started my anavar and test cyp cycle 2 weeks ago. so far no sides except for the pumps from anavar.

can i add clen to this as well?
or should i wait until after 4 weeks to see if any sides to arise when the test kicks in?

Hi Hoosain.

I would say wait until start of week 5 before you start your Clenbuterol. The testosterone and Clenbuterol both elevate blood pressure and as your testosterone wil only be getting into action at week4-5 that is when it is going to increase your blood pressure everyone gets affected different though so you might not even notice it until you monitor it.
I only started my Clenbuterol first because before this I never ran Clen so wanted to see how I reacted so I went with 3weeks on 3weeks of but took Betasleep throughout. Definily going to run Clenbuterol in PCT for the very slight anabolic effect.

thanks RB. will wait it out and monitor BP before making the decision.

i think i will go 4 weeks on during cycle and then stay off until PCT starts and go on again for 4 weeks. leaves me with 8 weeks in total

Great to hear of your progress!
I am considering a similar cycle for myself soon. Just a question - what PCT will you follow?

Another thought - been given advice to use HMB during a long term cut. What do you think of this? Would it benefit during PCT to stay on anabolic side?

Bud I honestly think Leuciene is way more beneficial than HMB as HMB is only a substrate of Leuciene. So get you Leucine powder or capsules.

I am going to be Taking PCT 2 but on a prop and Aromasin only cycle I actually think PCT 1 would suffice I stand to be corrected though
