Absolutely correct, regular synthetic are made from fossil rock. You can compare how they degrade over time. Synthetic vitamins turns to a coal like substance, food state remains more or less the same, maybe some water absorption due to humidity. If you knew what the production costs are for synthetic you will be astonished. But point is, food state will always be superior. Why I take greens.Rooi Bul 86 wrote: Guys.
What are your take on normal synthetic vitamins that we all buy and use versus food state vitamins? Wouldn't the food state vitamins be better recognised and used and absorbed by the body?

Which products from herbalife did you use? Their meal replacement shake is soy protein iso and dextrose as far as I can remember.
