You can know everything theoretically and from other guys experience but a compound will react differently to your body then to other people .Its the reason why guys maybe don't take your advice serious ,especially experienced guys ,we want someone that we can relate to someone who's body reacts similarly to what we are experiencing because some things you can only know through experience. Don't mind a guy who has 52cm guns ,you don't know he's backround,experience and genetics. I'm writing this because you remind me of myself when i was younger. Get up and act on what you have learned ,time waits on no one boet. Lol check my Karma is at -2 but i dont give a f* because they don't know me and one pic on here can either make you famous or land you up in jail. You may have 1000 karma but when you stand next to me you'll never talk to me again. :evil:

MWV is spot on, ja. As jy eers Desember gaan cycle dan behoort jy jou BF laag genoeg te kan kry - die prop advies was as jy nou will begin met jou huidige BF.

Pump or Muscle Addict.

What can you guys tell me about Pulmison? I have paralysis in my left hand side of my face after the ear operations. Now on 60mg 3x a day but the first 180mg is to be taken all at once. I think it is a Cortico Steroid so water retention and bloat is inevitable I just want your input? What can I do to minemise the havoc this shit is wreaking on my midsection please?

No but is disheartening to watch hard work slip away despite being training and eating clean. My abs were visible now zilch and my love handles have exploded and the lower stomach pouch. I am good other wise Eid the deaf ear is 80% already and as the swelling of the nerves due to the overheating from the laser settles down it is going to improve slightly more.

Enigste kak is nou net die dooie linker oof en linkerkant van besig. Hulle rate my n 5/5 5 being the worst

Its normal with a cortisone. You will gain fat and water at an alarming rate. Sorry for the bad news but cortisone is a nightmare.

Yeah. It's crap. The stuff sends my BP sky high, but sometimes it's the only thing that can get rid of inflammation.

The left side of my face was dead for several years after a car accident. One blessing is that I have lots less wrinkles on that side now :D

Hi Guys.

Eidolon, Oupa, Pump and Furk just want to update you guys.

I have been focusing on clean quality calories loads of chicken breast, lean steak and lean mince, broccoli, spinach and green beans. And finding routine and groove in the gym hitting every thing consistently. I am still eating in a deficit but where I was normally down at 1800cals a day I reduced the fat and upped my protein by 200cals so I am hitting 200-250g a day of quality protein and carbs stay below 20g.

Strangely my strength is climbing on all my lifts hit a personal best on seated dumbbell shoulder press Friday night. Keeping in the 8-12reps range my last set I go all out and leave nothing in there.

Following Oupa and Eidolons advice and making sure I up my game before I start considering any supplements or chemicals. Ek dink ek gaan daai bere vir einde February... Die fondasie solid kry voor ons met die fun and games begin.

The Ear is good going for tests on Thursday. The face is good now als no more paralysis.

Thanks Pump.

I dropped the deadlifts as the left hand is really starting to bug me now. Doing Bent Over Barbell Rows and One Arm Dumbbell Rows.

Also going to change to a Pull Push Legs. Monday Wednesday Friday with Tuesday Thursday and weekends off but doing cardio on those days just to give the CNS a break.

Klink goed ou boet. If I had less info I'd say dropping the fat is a bad idea, but if you are feeling better then you made a good call. Progressing lifts in a deficit is proof of recomp being a thing. Welldone mate. Just try to get some fats from eggs or crustaceans to ensure sufficient dietary cholesterol. Just to clarify, your lifting twice per week at the moment? Tuesdays and Thursdays?

Aha okay. Up to you and your recovery. Personally I find PPL to be the split that least interferes with recovery. IE you can pretty much lift everyday indefinitely.

Hi Rooi Bull

Hitman here. New guy. Just want to check how you progressing. Interested in following. I am in similar situation. Came from about 105kg and >30% BF beginning of the year. Now at 88kg and 20% BF. Never used gear. Now working on leaning whilts preserving muscle mass. And then want to do a first cycle next year.

Hi Hitman.

Welcome Bud.
I have had a few setbacks this year and the last operation that gave me temporary paralysed legs side of my face was treated with a long and very high dose cortesone and I went from 17% Body fat at 91kg to 102 with 30% all in my freak in midsection.

Monday Morning I was at 101kg with 20% Body Fat. Lean Mass at a pretty decent 79kg.

Sorry to hear of your setbacks. It sounds like you fighting back hard though. I read a bit about the "Colorado experiment" and muscle memory. You should be able to bounce back quickly. Good luck I will follow your progress with interest.
PS - I am also on 3 day split push/pull/legs following mostly Mike Mentzer's schedule

Agree with Furk... you got this pal. before you know it you'll be back on track.

PS i have also been put on meds that made me gain weight quite regularly.
i have noticed that the extra weight shreds off quickly once i get off the meds and back into things.

With your discipline and experience you'll be back on track within a month!
