I will get some Nutritech Pure Creatine Monohydrate and take 10-15mg per day.

Any other suggestions for natural anabolics?

Don't over train, that is the quickest way for muscle waste, killing your CNS.. ja you can add cardio but don't overdo the weight training or you will just stagnate. As far as supplements I really don't believe in any of them. BCAA, Whey, Creatine work. Natural things to do, lower stress, have enough rest, don't abuse caffeine.

Nice, try shock your body but doing a 3-6 rep every nown and then, even if you use some 'english' it's fine, just make sure that muscle is warm when you do, it just breaks those little barriers in your mind that you unconsciously set, but make sure you have a spotter.. And another thing I find that works, is a push / pull (negative / positive) approach, regardless if you on gear or not and also to switch between barbell / dumbbell and hammer strength machines, even resistance (cable machines can work here and there).

I will try that but then 5 sets using the 1st as a warm up.

Mind giving me a idea of what your split looks like I also train weights 2/3 times a week

I don't have a set pattern so I can't really advise. I swap things up depending on which part is lacking I will do that in the start of my session and then you do certain movements that compliment other parts of the body so by the time you get to it eg deadlifts / leg curls, trust me your hamstrings are finish depending how you focus your form. The same with bent over rows, palms facing up, go into alternating curls or straight / ez bar. I really do mix things up but I do give it my everything when training. But I don't go to negative failure ever, as then you finished for the rest of your session. Compound movements / what needs my attention, heavy, some English if needed, long enough breaks to hammer the next set. This is assuming you training for size and again this approach might not work on your body type. But for me I have enough mental focus due to the rest and I can really smash that session , 4 days a week for me is really a waste and you can only understand that when you cut your training down and you will see how much more focused you are. Then again I do not use pre-workout supplements which helps drive some people in the gym, I like to listen to my body and not force it because I'm stimulating myself as that is when you burn out/ start to not enjoy gym or you land up binge eating or worst of all you pickup the flue. After changing my training to this style I have no picked up the flue once, and everyone around me including my family have been sick and I miss it everytime, I can feel I get close but it just misses me.

Great advice Pump as usual.
I agree. I train Max 3days a week but find if I do twice a week only I can really push and attack the weights or cardio that way.

Hi Pyroclasm.

After being off the fat burners for so long now and only having started ECA and Yohimbine on Monday I can tell you for Mr it really suppresses my appetite after my first dose in the morning on empty stomach even after fasted state cardio I can go fasting for 8hours+ and it keeps me energetic and focused even though I am in a big calorie deficit most days.

Just thought I would share this. I know everyone is different. But If you still looking for a good appetite suppressant I would recommend the ECA Yohimbine stack. Also feels like the Smart Burn is more potent than Hyper Burn. Although on Hyper Burn you could could see quantity of each ingredient on the label on Smart Burn you can't.

Keeping up with full Keto and its working a treat. Intermittent fasting 16/8. Training is going good energy and endurance is up even strength is up.

Mooi man. Sounds like your diet is on point judging by the progress.

Any stimulants suppress my appetite, event when I'm already eating at a deficit. Unless you're a robotic eater, it can actually be counter-productive - I remember skipping loads of meals using ephedrine, perhaps because things just seemed to pass in a blur :woohoo:

To me my chest, triceps, and delts are up.

I apologise the last PIC looks shitty. Wil get a new one up in the morning.

Weight is up though 96kg I protein loaded on Saturday but calories remained the same. I did it because muscles were sore and struggled to recover from workouts DOMS was killing me. I think that and water retention is causing this. An estimated BF as I stand would help a treat. Any comments and critics welcome

Nothing is really that bad, what time did you have the test done, did you do your cholesterol fasted? If you didn't have your 'test' levels done in the morning, it's also hard to get a accurate picture. Your Free Test is great, what are you concerned about?

Total Test and Free Test are great. E2 looks perfectly fine, it will come down further with reduction in bodyfat. LH and FSH isn't really important here as it's clear it's doing its job in producing test and you not complaining about libido. The readings could be read different depending if you not happy with something.
