Kom Rooi Bul, keep it together. Jy het baie waarde tot die forum. Moet nie dat n ding soos Karma jou onder kry nie. Jy is n ou wat bereid is om te leer, al baie geleer het en ook nooit omgee om te help nie. Hier is ons straight forward met mekaar.

Tel jou kop op en bly gefokus op jou doel. Jy gaan Maandag in vir operasie en daarna begin alle voorbereiding om onder 15% bodyfat te gaan.

I am very nervous about the op as he wil be working with laser on some of the nerves. Balance and vertigo might be permanently affected.

But it is comforting knowing what couldn't be fixed in 2007 can now be fixed. After the left ear there is still a long list to go but yeah looking forward to be a complete human again.

Haai Rooibul, weet nie as jy gelowig is nie, maar ek bid vir Maandag.

Ek is meeste van die keer op Tapatalk so ek't nie toegang daar karma scores nie, maar ek sal opi webwerf in teken net om vir jou karma terug te kry daar die getal.

In terme van jou operasie herstelling, bcaas gaan jou nie voordeel gee nie want jou dieet is voldoenbaar. Onthou Clen het anti catabolic affekte ook maar die groot ding is om vir jou liggaam te bewys hy kort die spiere, so kyk maar as jy kan beweeging aanmoedig, niks ridiculous nie natuurlik.

Ja nee Furk ek is gelowig. Nie Baie oud nie maar Baie al deur baie in my 30 jaar. As jy was waar ek was gesien het wat ek al gesien het glo ek nie n mens kan andes as om gelowig te wees nie.

My Dr se altyd, sterk in, sterk uit. Jy sal sien, recovery gaan baie vinniger gaan as wat jy dink omdat jy met n goeie base ingaan. Muscle memory gaan vinnig in werking tree.

I'm sure admin can review the karma logs, but it is what it is. Can't force people to like each other, and too few pump the karma anyway, else Oupa and others would have upped to the next level ages ago.

Weight today Is holding at 97kg so seems like I increased Lean Muscle quite a bit. Going to focus on dropping some water today as my stomach and mid section looks bloated. Will get pics taken in the morning and get them up during the day tomorrow Lallie will post them up.

Hi Guys.

Op went well no balance or vertigo issues I am home til Monday.
Me and Lallie decided it is time I go training at the local gym once the specialist gives the thumbs up. So body fat wise waar sit julle ouens my 18%? Uit my eie OE en in die spiel lyk dit Baie beter as op die pics. Are op my hande an voor arms staan al flex ek nie en in die spiel wys 4 abs liggies blurry maar as ek flex duidelik. Julle kan self sien my v op quads wys duidelik
