No change, if anything its dropped by a kg. Haven't trained, eaten or even had a shake in over two weeks. Priorities.

So I never finished this. I hit about 104kgs peak on cycle and really everything just got messy from there, I did silly things and still dealing with some of the back lash. Training kind of took the back seat for a while and I feel I have only really got into it again within the past few months.

One nice thing is I really managed to hang onto a lot of my weight. Size dropped but weight didn't. So I bulked a little these last few months, silly bf% was too high, and started cutting at about 102kgs with Intermittent Fasting. Currently at 98kgs, not a massively noticeable difference but it is definitely there for 3-4 weeks of up and down cardio and no other help.

I did take some other photos, but just got annoyed at the lighting and not having anyone to take them for me so here is one that I could get comfortably and still be happy with haha, I will try get my friend to take some proper photos and I think I have pictures at 104 just before bridge that I will try post.

Nice going Chapel, I can see a nice slim down although you're still looking thick/solid which is good.

Nice haircut too. Can't make out, but have you gone for a Kobus Wiese crew-cut or an Owen Farrell quiff?

Ya I want to try keep as much muscle as I can hey so taking it slow, jees like first week I just lost all fullness and changed my diet up immediately.

One thing I wish I had, is a tan. My skin colour flattens everything, even when I have a pump in the gym I look flat. Might give melanotan a shot if I can sum up the courage haha.

iv just started again now, no difference to my physique at the moment in terms of gains, but people already mention the tan and im looking leaner :lol: ,tan makes a big difference to how your physique is seen, why you scared? haha
