ya dude definitely.. was gonna write a little thank you thing to everyone but its not my strong point haha.. if I hadn't found this site my first cycle would have been some abnormally high dosage of dbol with milk thistle and creatine for PCT from my local virgin active staff member.. ok so 5 days in.. Headaches are a permanent feature since i posted a few days ago and really getting to me. Just want it to fucking go away.

No sides as its early days, one or two backne's but i usually get those..

Weight is up. Did my weigh ins in the AM, kaalgat so they should be accurate..

Water intake is up, diet is hopefully on par, struggling with the carbs. Feeling quite rundown though...? Is that normal?

You are only strong in what you do. A comrades runner is not so fit in the pool. I also am stronger with the DBs than the BB because I don't use it. If you want to get your BB weights up then smack it.

Ya the pump was quite ridiculous..

So diet hasn't been 100s this weekend but it hasn't been bad, would put it at 85%. I am up to 89.6 kaalgat this morning after all my business (TMI) :P I know I said I would do weigh ins every monday but I am like a little kid at Easter with this damn scale every time I get up.

One or two more spots, on my back, which is annoying. People saying my face is looking round which is also just great ha ha... Apart from that very little to update, lower back is fine so far. No gyno poking its head out either yet..

Oh and managed to mess my hammy up to some nasty degree, am limping around like Richard Hammond after riding the Black Shadow haha

Aikona. The round face is water. I have some close mates who know when I am in week 3 of any cycle, because this is when my face goes rounder and fuller.
Of course you didn't do a standard test only cycle for your first cycle with the letro, so you won't learn as much about your body, but you know what to look out for to spot water retention. Keep an eye on BP and if it's fine all cycle then you know you can handle this water. If you see a fatter face on future cycles then you will see some earlywarning signs that estro is higher and take necessary checks.

P.S. Don't push too hard just because there is gold flowing through your veins bud. Slow and steady increases in weight. A little bit more each week, but listen to your body. Too many people injure themselves on gear because they think tissue just forms and is hardy from the get go.
By week 8 you will find that the new muscle is much hardier and you will make slightly bigger strength tests from week to week.

I have a BP cuff and all so will be monitoring that throughout definitely.

And don't worry i am not pushing hard at all, just doing my normal routine, when the strength comes it will come I am in no rush in that department.

just did second pin in left quad. When needle was about half way in I felt pain and my leg jumped a bit so probably passed a little close to a nerve. I just carried on going past it and injected, I assume that's not a problem?

I aspirated and only got air but when i took the needle out i saw blood in the neck of the syringe that I must have missed when I aspirated or maybe it was vacuumed in their I don't know. Is that also alright?
