Howsit, ya hit a few brick walls, personal issues so won't go into detail. Threw me off course and am still wandering at a little less than 100% of where I should be.. Probably the reason my weight has stagnated and haven't been updating much. Sitting at high 95kgs-96kgs though so weight is still fine regardless of my lack of eating and training.. Just want another 2-3kgs and I will be happy, or maybe that elusive 100.. If I can get back on track 100% that is.

Only managed to get 1.4mls out of my last injection of my first vial, and I drained the fucker.. Haven't wasted any either that's for sure, so that ticked me off quite a bit but whatever. Got 7th injection today, contemplating extending with supertest 2mls or maybe just 3mls of cyp for an extra 3 weeks.. Will see when the time comes. As it turns out this stuff turns me into an asshole, not that I have noticed but everyone else has so I will have to consider it carefully and make a large effort at controlling my moods.

PS had two people recognize me from my photos...??? Pretty annoying so will probably take them down. Quite frustrating.

Next time you think you drew 2 ml, draw some air and get a more accurate measure - its more than 2ml.

Notice that little oil between the tip of the needle and the first marker on the syringe?

Don't worry chapel,I give 2 of my mates their jabs, and always the last jab is shourt,sometimes by 0.5ml,its due to over drawing,that syringe might say 2mls but it can be more,damn cheap sons of bitches making syringes! Also like jack said,the little nozzle on the syringes always collect an extra bit.

gains are going slowly hey, but still going up, not much to update at all actually.. Other than I am definitely going to extend my cycle. Got a little acne on my chest and shoulders now which is starting to annoy me otherwise all good. Taking a leaf out of Kai's book wrt to training so I have dropped my weights and am really focusing on form.. I realized that just because I can lift big weights there isn't much point unless I am doing it 100% properly so am really taking that into account, getting some odd looks in the gym though when I am curling 30kgs and dropping it after each set like my arms have napalm on them haha (which it feels like they do)

Good luck man and well done so far.

About your chest problem. Try increasing weight and dropping reps to 5-7. My chest is dogshit and ive tried almost everything and that actually seemed to work. My strength increased as well.

No pain, no gain-corny but true.

Some awesome gains bro, congrats! What did your cycle look like btw? From what I've gathered it looked something like this:

Week 1-10: 640mg Supertest
Week 1-?: 60mg Tbol
Week 11-14: 40mg Proviron & Winny

PCT: ?

Something like that?

Howsit, on my phone so reply won't be too in depth. Sitting at 101kgs, cocked up as I haven't bought anymore test and my next injection is a few days away. So will get it asap and put another 2-3 weeks on then bridge. Really am struggling to find time to gym and eat with all the varsity pressure to be honest so I really have to be realistic, work comes first. So will have to see how these next few weeks go. Ended up going out tonight, first time. Had one whiskey and was the sober driver so not really a problem but only had about 2 meals today.

Mk I did the beginner bulk hey, just gonna tap another week or two on so I can get to 103 maybe, think I am nearly maxed out though, also this weight is starting to annoy me, wouldn't mind leaning out now. I felt great at 92kgs to be completely honest, so I think when I cut I will aim for that. Will write something more tomorrow.

Howzit CHAPEL,

From personal experience once you've finished your cycle and are feeling bloated and uncomfortable at this new weight, dont try and cut to soon!
A few times I have been so irritated with my water retention and bloated look that i jump on a fat burner after PCT and my body hasnt had time to adjust to the new weight and it literally just drops off way to quickly! gains and all!

Nice bro, keep it up I'm sure you'll get there! Just a bit confused though, I was under the impression that you were on Supertest? If you ran Supertest first, what were your gains on that compared to this beginners bulk cycle? Are you running 750mg Test Cyp EW on this beginners bulk? 92 to 101 is an incredible gain bro, congrats!

Nope, never been on supertest.. Test cyp at 500mgs per week frontloaded with 40mg dbol.. Started at 87 though, not 92..

nope just 10 weeks.. Am going to extend now though but am going to miss an injection because I ordered my gear late.. I ran letro all the way through till about week 7 I think, can't remember, and was taking quite a lot of it so hopefully not a lot of water, I also noticed a distinct drop in fullness/size about a week or two after the dbol was finished so hopefully once again that was water. To be honest I never noticed the water gain from cyp everyone talks about, but then again I definitely am holding some, no way to estimate how much though..

Fat I have put on, got to a point where I couldn't take clean eating anymore haha.. But to be honest I am surprised at how little I have put on.. I am ready to lose at least 5-6kgs of water and fat, hoping for less but would rather keep an open mind about it so I dont freak out when I do start losing..
