ya that didn't phase me at all. Was more worried about the blood in the syringe afterwards but after a bit of research it appears to be quite common so my mind is at ease.

Gonna go smash shoulders and tris in about 45min, damn keen.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

thanks man.. I don't know, three years I think. Cleanish bulk hey, bodyfat hasn't risen significantly at all, still have my abs and solid vascularity, muscle separation has disappeared a lot from water though..

Might as well update now... Gained nearly 5kgs, 3rd week coming to an end. Strength is up nicely as of the last few days.. To be honest I thought it would never kick in. It had kicked in on some muscle groups early on, think I mentioned that. Now all groups are up which is very nice.. Endurance and recovery are phenomenal.

Been catching a lot of flak from people who think I am on steroids, for once they are right.. Looking very bloated in the face and overall 'size/appearance' really has increased which people are noticing, oh well..

Got a bit of gyno that I am very annoyed about, was taking letro and started nolva as well.. Was on 6-7 drops of letro and antibiotics earlier this week and my weight and appetite literally plummeted, felt like shit. Stopped both for 2-3 days and I shit you not I rebounded about 2.5 kgs straight away, but the headaches I spoke of in the first few days of my cycle returned with the lack of letro.. So letro really does kill the gains and make you feel like ass.. was so pap..

Its hard to explain how my temperament has been, I am very calm for some reason which people have noticed. Aggression isn't an issue which for me is weird as I am naturally aggressive. Irritability however, is high up there which is the dangerous one as it leads to losing my temper way faster. Went out with my friends the other night and did feel like I would probably lose my head before the night was out so ended up cruising home very early..

Apart from that can't think of anything, will take some photos soon.

oh and arms growth has been great, loving it. Only down side is legs day, my back pump is so bad I am literally crippled.. And before you say man up, this is literally top 5 most painful things I have been through.. not fun..

Good stuff..

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

I am on 3600-3700 calories now mostly clean, haha.. doing a 40/40/20 calorie split, well basically that, I think protein is a little higher than carbs.. lots and lots of sweet potato and oats making up my staple hahaha

My diet when I started was like everyone else, shit. I have only ever dieted properly for cutting, and then all my bulks have been a 'rough idea' see food bulk to be honest, that's pure laziness though.. I am doing it properly now though, well I think so..

Weighed in at 92.8 this morning, started at 87.4, but I did eat a massive amount of carbs yesterday.. so 5.4kgs up-ish.. So I am happy with that.. Will see how gym treats me today though with all the letro in my system.. Oh and week 4, so shit should start kicking in now, pretty excited about that..

Good stuff.. Watching your progress. Do you think using adex(think its adex) instead of letro won't make you feel as kak?

from what I have always read letro is a lot harsher than adex, so probably. Letro really does blow in my opinion, 5drops and up gives me a headache the size of Australia.

K so some pics.. Ya I have been called pregnant, fat, tortoise shell, beer boep everything today because of this picture so shut it.. Was straight after 600gr of food and the last meal of the day  abs are still there though! sort of haha.. Chest as you can see, still shit. Need to get that up and will be trying something new tomorrow that I got advise on.

K and another lat spread, less definition than first one, but I have definitely added size, well from what I can tell, should have taken pics in same place though, whatever..

weight is at 93.8kgs.. Am actually starting to kak my self at how fast I am gaining weight, its probably still water but that's still a kg in 2 days.. Also wondering if/when it will plateau.. For my gyno I have been running nolva and letro, the pain has gone away and some of the puffiness has definitely subsided, thanks admin, pump and DJ for all the advice there..

Cool, till next week then..

Im not trying to tune you or anything... but it looks like your chest is dominating your back, out of balance... it can usually be seen with the position of the shoulders... yours seems hunched forwards... if that makes sense... I would try a wide grip on my bench bar and heavy flyes with a long deep stretch at the bottom... I will also do heavy flye like streches after a chest session, where you take two heavy dumbells and hold it in a flye fully streched out position for as long as you can... just my thoughts...

Oh I agree absolutely, unfortunately its something that seems to plague all the males on my fathers side of the family, same shit posture issue of rounded shoulders. I have tried face pulls for the problem but will focus a little more on the flys, second person to give that advice today so thanks.

@thunder if he's front delt is dominant doesn't it make sense to strengthen his rear delts and back instead of doing more chest front delt work?

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

the muscles for the chest are 'shortened' by constant rounded shoulders which brings the anterior delt further forward.. By stretching them out it becomes easier to correct your posture and take anterior delt out of pressing movements as your shoulders are no longer pulled forward.

If that is what TB is saying then him and I are on the same page.. I have been given the advice before, I am just useless at using it..

so basically you kill two birds with one stone, chest exercises become more focussed on the pectorals and posture is corrected..

Never knew that thought only way to fix posture was to balance out front delt dominance by bring up rear delts

that is exactly what i am thinking... the facia sheaths of the chest are already shortened...(as he says its genetic)
so im not saying he should focus on chest. im sayning he should incorporate heavy stretch type movements... to elongate the muscle and correct the posture issue. Heavy back work would speed up the process as the back muscles would put tension on the shoulders from the back and pull hus shoulders into position...

chapel, take a look at the streching done for DC training... and then try incorporating FST-7 principles (flye movements, not pressing movements) for chest with the heavy streching of dc style training afterwards...

just take note that something like this is not going to sort out overnight...
