Dobbies cycle log was created by dobby8233
Hi all.
I have decided to do a cycle log to record my progress this year and get some opinions on my results. But before I do that, I have to get some things out of the way.

I am only 18 years old and I have been on this forum for about 2 years now. I know that you have to be 18 to join this forum but I was so mesmerised by steroids and its effects that I couldnt help myself! I had to learn about it. I know that the mods will probably want to remove me for this and they have every right to I suppose. All I can do is ask that you give me a chance to learn and improve by staying on this forum.

Now on to my stats :

18 years old
1.84m tall
80.5kg
Bicep: 33cm relaxed and 37cm flexed
Chest: 106cm relaxed and 109cm with a deep breath
waist: 79cm
Quad: 53 cm relaxed
calf: 34cm relaxed
BF is at 5.5% as of this morning (It was done by a very respected retired bodybuilder so please dont tell me that I am lying as it is what I have been told, not just my guess)

I have done 1 previous cycle of test and dianabol. I did everything according to the cycle in the sample cycles section as well as a full PCT. I have also used a bottle of winstrol and nolvadex as a PCT during December 2011. I know it was stupid but I have learned from my mistakes and now plan everything before jumping into it.

I plan on taking the following :
week 1-16: Equipoise @ 600mg/week
week 1-10: Test enanthate @ 600mg/week
week 1-04: Dianabol @ 30mg/day
week 11-18: Test Prop @ 350mg/week
week 16-20: winstrol @ 40mg/day

I have an AI on hand but I dont really get gyno sides anyway.

My PCT is still in the making so any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
A senior member on this forum who shall remain nameless unless he decides to make it known is helping me with my competition preperation for this year as I wish to compete as a junior.

I started taking my stuff last night. Please can someone explain how to upload pics so I can put up my progress pics.

Why the change from test-en to test prop bro? Also for such a long cycle I would suggest to take a low dose of HCG during cycle to prevent testicular atrophy. It will make a huge difference to aiding in a smoother PCT.

If you've been lurking here for two years you should know that it would be better to wait a few more years before jumping on the juice.

How was your bodyfat measurement taken? Calipers?

1.84m tall and 80kgs.

Don't do equi. I'd do the beginner cycle of test cyp and dbol.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

I will try photobucket now. Im swapping to test prop for contest prep. I dont want any excess water from the test. I do plan on running HCG during my cycle, I just forgot to mention it.

The reason that I "just jumped on the juice" is because I cant wait that long. I have tried but I simply do not have the willpower to abstain.

My bodyfat was done with the calipers. He did 4 different places. Bicep 1.5 , Tricep 1.5 , Stomach 2.5 , lower back 5. He then used a chart thingy and worked it out to 5.5%

I put up this post to get advice and chart my progress, not so you can give me shit about what I have already achieved. Its funny how much you have to say when you yourself arent in the 10-12% section.

I agree that we should not clutter his thread. Rather have these debates in off topic or make a new thread, when guys did this in my progress thread I just got annoyed.

Personally I would peg him lower than 10-12% but lets not derail too much.

I would think he is a 8 or 9 looking at those pictures there.

Also you have a decent shaped body. You could probably turn into a real monster.

Personally I say do this cycle - www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/sample-cycles/48-cycle-1

Will give you an indication on how well you react to the stuff as well.

Im glad that we can move on and think positively.

@chapel - I dont know if you remember me but I trained with you and Koe in Cape Town in Dec 2011. I was at 6.1% body fat (according to the same guy) back then. So even though he probably isnt completely correct, I have dropped my bf since then.

@snok - I have done the simple test cycle and I responded amazingly. I went from 77kg to 87kg in 6 weeks then my gains slowed terribly. I really want to try equi based on what I have heard from friends that already used it. I most definitely hope to become a monster!!

Ye I do remember. How many caliper points is he measuring you on? The photo does flatten you out a lot though so maybe get another one.

Im not terribly sure on how they work hey. He just took measurements from my bicep, tricep, stomach and lower back. I will hopefully get some proper photos done tomorrow when my girlfriend comes over. Selfies just never work out.

Does this mean that you only gained 3.5kg from your first cycle? How was your diet?

Sounds almost like the Durnim/Womersley formula was used, except that formula takes subscapular measurement as opposed to lower back.

You're lean enough for a cycle regardless of the accuracy of your bodyfat %.

Besides his age being the major issue, Dobby is very clued up on gear, no need for insults or stupid comments just good clean advice. He is this lean without dieting, I know he eats like anything, my wife has the same genetics, makes me Angry! :P
I have advised against him doing any cycles but this kid is very genetically gifted being this lean all year round, a solid base to start. I like the cycle and don't think its too harsh, I would agree with Snok but know you have already done that cycle.
I would honestly put you between 8-9% as well but that is still very lean, im currently like 10% according to skinfold but I dont trust or rely on it as there are too many variables, I judge my conditioning by the mirror. I just say be careful, and remember to take sufficient time off, I know you can do very well as a Junior just dont stuff your health up getting there, I look forward to checking your progress on this thread

I gained about 10kgs from my cycle but it ended just before rugby season. During the season I used clen to drop the excess water that I put on so that dropped me down 3 kgs in a month. I then had to go on Oratane during November last year which only ended early last month so that really abuused my body and caused me to lose weight. I am still only getting my appetite back now. But again, this post is all about now and the near future, not the past so lets work towards a great cycle.
