I have come right with money. I have a new job so I'm pretty excited about that too.

Hey guys.

So the East Coast Classic is over and it didnt go as I hoped! I placed 5th which was pretty upsetting to say the least. As Kai would say: 'This is not what I ordered!!

I have 4 weeks to sort my shit out before the KZN open where I atleast hope to place in the top 3. No more excuses, no more crocodile tears... Just hard work and determination to come.

Haha mr Josh. He was the only competitor that was actually friendly! He definitely helped me a lot mentally.

Thanks for the support guys, I am going to mix up my training routine to try improve my hamstrings, calves, abs and more. I need to work on my stage presence aswell. My posing was pretty good apparently which is a good sign.

Ok now for crits...

You need to improve your conditionig for the next show.
You need to get your last few days correct to ensure you are dry and full.
Posing needs work focus on flexing all the muscles equally.

I already spoke to koe and we discussed all of this he will alter your stuff accordingly.
Some giant sets for legs wil help with added definition.

I will work harder on my conditioning in these next few weeks! Koe has added in some extra cardio which will hopefully help a bit.

I looked a the on stage photos from Saturday and saw that my tan was also waaay too light! It needs to be much darker and it will be.

I feel that I wasn't strict enough with some things and that will definitely change this time round.

Hey all!!

I just wanted to tell you all that I won my division in the Mpumalanga open and I made it through to SA's in P.E!!

I'm super excited and just want to thank everyone that contributed positively towards this even if it was just a compliment because it all helped me tremendously...

A special thanks goes to Mr Koe himself for coaching me this year and for everything else he has done for me! You are truly an amazing coach and athlete. Well done on winning your division and on all of your athletes going to SA's. That is awesome
