So anyways I was supposed to be in P.E tonight for my weigh in and so on but sadly it has not happened for me...
I decided not to do SA's this year due to a long list of things that just didn't work out. Most importantly I felt that I was compromising my health for results and when I was told that I had bronchitis and sinusitis, I made the final decision to end my competitive year and focus on the other important things in my life!
I just want to thank everybody that helped me along the way! It has been the greatest experience of my life and I can't wait to do it again in 2015!
Goodluck to mr Koe and everyone else competing at SA's this year!

I'm still around oupa, I'm just reserving my opinions for when I actually know what I'm talking about
I'll keep this thread open because I would like to chart my progress during my PCT and I still want to achieve a thing or two before the end of the year!
I'm currently sitting at 96.8kgs and my bf has risen slightly again. I would say that I'm at 8 or 9% but it needs to come down for an upcoming fitness shoot
I'm just waiting for the call before I diet again!
