Thanks Koe! Its good to have support in my ventures and I am very grateful for what you have done and continue to do for me. I will go for tests every few weeks to make sure that I am handling the gear as I am very aware of the negative side effects that I may face and I do not want to become just another moron that messed himself up by being stupid.

I will stop my cycle just after my last show and only start another in November or December this year. Thankfully I cant afford to just buy gear whenever I feel like it so I wont have any problems there.

Thanks for all the advice so far. I will get my photos done tomorrow and update this thread on Sundays or whenever I feel that I have made significant progress.

Good luck with the cycle, at least you know the ins and outs and have good advice available, which is better than most can say when they jump into the deep end.. And have that karma back that someone felt it necessary to take.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Back double bicep flare your lats and open up your back more
side chest puff that chest out, posing starts from the legs up, foot alongside your other leg, foex your calf then bend slightly to show the hamstrings
Rear lat spread best calf displayed and flexed and pull the quad to the left or right to show sweep.

your legs need alot of work, upper body is great really, Bang them twice a week, and focus on high intensity at least 20 reps, 20 sets, drop sets giant sets, till you puke.

other than that good luck with the cycle, get hold of my legend friend DJ to start the planning!

I did a few where I flared my lats but they all came out siff so I dropped them. Luckily I have a coach that will assist me with my posing.

I am currently working very hard to try and make up for time lost in the legs department. I didnt pay much attention to legs when I started training so I am constantly playing catchup. I had the most intense calve workout of my life yesterday which set my week off to a good start. I have legs tomorrrow and again on Saturday!

Sadly I dont have money to pay DJ because my AAS has set me back a bit as always. Student life I suppose. I will speak to a friend of mine who competes herself and is a qualified personal trainer. Lets hope she can help.

Hi guys.

I have decided to update my weight every monday and I will get my measurements done every two weeks. I feel pretty good, my training intensity has increased already and I am feeling stronger all the time. I cant wait for the test and equi to kick in!!

So as I said before, I would like to compete. What federation do you guys think I should work with knowing my build and so on? I know that I am still very small to compete with the u23s but I need to start somewhere and choosing a federation is vitally important so any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Weighed in today and I am currently sitting at 85.8kgs. 5 kilos is a bit much for only two weeks but I dont see any water retention or bloating! So excited about that.

Its been a week since a finished my dianabol frontload and I am still sitting at 85kgs. I went to a 21st last weekend and threw my name away... Very stupid I know. I have made a decision not to step foot into a nightclub or bar until after my show.

The hunger has kicked for sure. My mother gave me such a lecture about eating all her groceries this week so Im going to have to do some promotional work to feed myself properly.

Overall I feel much stronger and my clothes are already tighter. My mood has been terrible though, I just get grumpy for no reason. Lets not mistake grumpy for angry... I have been controlling myself much better even though my mood has been shocking. I will update with measurements in another two weeks.

Grumpy / moody is normally a sign of overtraining or poor diet or both not the cycle...maybe take a day or two off ....no drinking on cycle my pal B)

My diet is pretty sound for the most part. I have a naturally bad temper so high test levels seem to mess with it. Last Sunday was spent promising myself that I would never drink again so I think I will last until my show before I touch a beer again. Thanks for the advice though, I'll be sure to take a day off if it happens again.

Today I managed to pull something in my neck! It feels like someone is chopping at it with an axe with every heartbeat and someone is smashing my skull in with a hammer. I have taken some painkillers and an anti inflammatory so hopefully I willl be better by monday.
