Thanks guys. I do know that my legs need work and so I train them twice a week now. I will definitely put more into my back days from now on. What do you reccomend I do to get a fuller, thicker back?

Back is thick. Personally I don't see anything wrong with it. Maybe your mid/lower lats could do with a little more width to bring out your x taper a little more but that will come with pull-ups like KOE said..

Seems like there is an echo in this thread?

:)

Thanks for your input guys. I have added pull ups already but it was only two weeks ago so I will continue with that. The best part is that i still have another 15 or so weeks until my PCT! :D

Good progress bro!

I would still focus more on bringing out those hamstrings and getting those teardrops on your quads a bit bigger. You're still early into your cycle, so I would start banging that now so when the Test, and later Equi, kicks in properly, you will have already begun to make good progress with those parts of your legs. Also keep hitting those calves!

Overall, looking great. Keep it up!

Thanks man. I am working really hard on my legs in general. What do you guys think of my symmetry? I have a serious complex about it and feel that my entire body is off. It freaks me out terribly. I want to be as close to perfect as possible with my symmetry and mine is so bad.

Exceptional Dobbie, packing on the muscle and maintaing good definition. Keep it up longer and you will be competition ready. Legs in general look good but i would say they need a little more attention as posted previously and acknowledged. Pack those weights on your squats bro. + 1.

Hi dobbie good progress so far bud. I was just looking at the layout of your cycle and noticed that your bridge is only 4 weeks? Your going to have to double that period because EQ takes 50+ days to clear your system so you might want to change some things around, this is how i would do it.

week 1-15: Equipoise @ 700mg/week
week 1-15: Test enanthate @ 600mg/week
week 1-04: Dianabol @ 30mg/day

bridge

week 15-20: Test Prop @ 350mg/week
week 18-22: winstrol @ 40mg/day

or

week 15-22 anavar @ 80mg/day

My 3cents :P

I am so blessed with my genetics. I am so lucky to have the natural shape that I do.

I have already thought about that and I have decided to do test prop for 3 or 4 weeks after I finish my equi before hitting the orals and lastly my PCT.

doing well so far, up your hamstring training, your quad proportion to your hamstrings is not bad but you need much bigger hamstrings, doing deadlifts on back day will also help with hamstring development, but i would say your first leg day of the week, 3 exercises for quads and 2 for hamstrings, then on another day like back add in 2-3 exercises for hamstrings.

Hi guys.
I'm about 7 and a half weeks into my cycle I am currently weighing in at 90kgs. I have been on 90 for about a week now which is the longest time that I have stayed on a particular weight since starting my course. I still want to gain another 5 kgs before I start my winny and at this rate, its not going to happen. I have spent a lot of money on this cycle and it would be very disappointing if it all fizzles out now. Is there anything I can do to keep this train going?

I'm considering this but I already eat a heck of a lot. I don't know if my budget can allow for more calories.

Well... if you are not eating enough good calories you won't grow... so if that is what is required to grow you would probably be better off squeezing more cash out of your budget for more calories or else you will anyways have wasted the cash you invested in the cycle?

I suppose I will. I planned everything based on the fact that my mom will still help me with food etc. But now she has completely dropped me so I have to bust my ass every day just to cover those costs and now its not enough. I'll see what I can do and I will try my best to increase my calories.

I reckon you good to go.
You will experience very good results at the end of the day.
I personally would change from Winstrol to Anavar/Proviron for bridging stage.

Good luck bro

I have also given anavar some thought and I think I will do it instead of the winny.

Yes I do lose muscle mass very quickly! Its frightening how quickly I shrink
