ASAP, yesterday first day back so I just couldn't get to it
Will be posting trainer shortly, he hasn't taken pics of me yet but I have some from new years etc. that will give you an idea

Nonsense! I'm 5'11. When I hit 135kg, I could as well give up on cardio, and I start breathing like Darth Vader. That seems to be my limit, but at that weight you tall fellas are just starting to fill out

At 198cm I am going to need to weigh a ton to be the size I want to be.

Just please be careful bro, 11 years ago I called it a day on being a competitive bodybuilder due to the side effects and health issues i was picking up to gain the mass I needed, and I was only 191 and close to 150kgs. My hardest parts to work on was creating a V in my back from lower down and growing my calves was a nightmare. But give it horns and enjoy it, then eject yourself from the scene as carrying 150+ kgs was allot of hard work.

I'll dig up a pic or two. I felt like the oros man, Adex had just popped it's head up, but I only tried it after unsuccessful attempts to reverse gyno at stupid doses of SERMS. It was pure tamoxifen throughout the cycle

Pictures are very difficult to see real size.. hence when Levrone was interviewed and they asked him, just how big is Big Ramy when you standing next to the guy, and he said HUGE.
