You guys are beasts, all of you. Lot of hard work and dedicated hours, well done to all of you.

A lot of pain, force feeding and steroids. Have not done Slin or synthol yet, tempting but I'll go hard work for now. Stick with steroids. Optron I thought you were a competitive bodybuilder???

Pain is weakness leaving the body, still, we'll done.

I used to do some Drinking/Bodybuilding/Powerlifting, actually just keeping myself busy in the gym without a real goal. Few year ago I gave Obstacle Course Racing (Warrior Races) a go and found that I was pretty good at it. Now I am doing it semi-professionally. Once I am done, I will give Bodybuilding a real go. So for now I am more into calisthenics type training.

And by the way, I don't nearly have that big ass genes that you guys have.
