i agree fillet. our youth are slowly becoming greedy, spoilt, fat slobs!

i am a single dad who has my daughter with me full time. naturally she eats healthy as we don't allow shit in the house. every 2nd weekend she goes to her mom and only eats shit. i have spoken to her mom on numerous occasions and she just gives me the "she needs to be a kid" BS. i agree she needs to be a kid, that means being able to run and play without running out of breath after 20 seconds of walking!
worst part is you immediately notice the difference after she had those supersize mcdonalds drinks, oil drenched kfc and sweets. she has mood swings for 2 days and on some occasions some breakouts of pimples which disappear as soon as her body goes back to normal healthy eating habits and proper hydration.

don't know if any of you watched the animated movie "Wall-E", but at the rate things are going our youth are slowly headed in the direction of the humans in the movie... fat lazy slobs!

Was on the beach today, not in the lagoon my man but I move around. Could have been me, I didn't see any other built guys on the beach but I do walk around with my head up my ass. Dark hair? Could have been me as beach wasn't overly packed the way I like it. Must still make plan to see Cyclo, days fly by... Pity we missed each other.

Yes it was me, seen no other tall weightlifters on the beach. 1g of test and 700 deca with training and diet will do that. Sorry we missed each other buddy.

Abs with slight test bloat due to the heavy test increase, hardly noticeable.

Agreed my arms and legs have very little, especially my legs, some of the guys at gym are very jealous of my calves. Reckon I could make good money renting them out for comps.

Bru on 1200 test now, still 700 deca. Feeling mighty/ strong - hit a pothole with a heital hernia increasing in size so eating is not the easiest as it hurts. On meds so hoping I don't need an op, even if specialist advises I don't think I will do it. My stupidity when i get that last rep of failure and hold the weight I hold my breath without realising. Gonna keep pumping, blend some food and not forget to breath in that final rep I can't complete.

Iesh bro that's crap. I don't know of many cases where the hernia decreases in size, more lucky if it just stays the same size, but pushing weights will probably expedite the need for the operation, I am going to hope you don't need to.
