Could feel it the first few days, but ok now. Drinking strong coffee, 3 - 4 cups at night and sleeping ok. Haven't really dropped any weight, but clothes are a little looser.
It could also be that the bottle I had was old, but getting a new one in the next day or two and will start when the other one is finished.
