If you are loosing muscle on keto you need to re-examine your protein count and probably your total calories as well. Assuming it's not your first couple of days on keto, you should be feeling ok. If your workouts suck on keto you might be getting in carbs from sneaky sources or perhaps just not paying enough attention to what you eat.
You will be losing muscle on any calorie deficit diet, im sure.
But ill be dropping my calories as DJ told me. With the GW-501516 ill hold back for a little till i hit the carbs, was just thinking GW-501516 will save some extra muscle along the way.
All ready lost 22kg to date with the keto diet. So was thinking my metabolism has crashed and burned, thats why i wanted to up cardio with extra calories then start dropping the calories... Not sure if that will boost up my metabolism.

Furk wrote: @Byron: 22kg is a lot damn. For how long have you been on keto and what type? On CKD my carb-ups send my pulse sky high. Depending how your carb-ups are going maybe consider taking a break of a week where you eat strict maintenance, then carry on with keto. Or perhaps extend it to 2, take GW to regain strength and performance.

Hey bud! Do you think GW would be fine on a TKD?
I was kinda hoping the GW would improve endurence even on keto

(bodyweight 88kg 18%bf)
From what I have read half life is 24hours so will be taking them all just before I go to bed.
Will report back on the 19th.
88kg! You big for a cyclist. How tall are you. When i still raced allot i use to gym in off season and get up to 80kg and then dropped back down to 72kg during racing season.
So you definately feel a difference on the bike?
So I have heard trying to lose a few kgs before next weekend without compromising muscle. Im 1.72m
But yes it has helped tons with the cycling.
That with dedication to training.

yes ive also read on how synergistic the combo is, as far as i know there are no local ug labs bringing in/ synthesizing it at the moment. Maybe admin could comment on what lp labs future plans are regarding gw501516 as i have heard from my source local stock is dwindling fast due to everyone wanting to try it out ?

Hi DJ. Have you experienced an increase in perspiration at the higher dose? I went from 20mg to 50mg and sweat a lot more, even if I'm just parked on the couch.
If I lower the dosage things normalise immediately, so I'm pretty sure it's the GW. It's not unpleasant, and kind of feels like the effects of a low-intensity cardio workout. BP is normal. So I'm putting it down to the "exercise in a bottle" effect

Well that seals it. I'm taking a two week break from clen and yohimbe from the end of this month and will take GW-501516 for the rest of December.
Has anyone here stacked it with clen and/or yohimbe?

I plan on stacking yohimbine, clen and gw501516 + cla beginning 1st of January. I will post my results and respective dosages.
I'm very curious as to how gw501516 and T3 would work together on cycle. I have come across threads showing the pair to be very complementary in rapid fat loss.

Yohimbine works without insulsin, GW uses carbs, clen is best used in 2 week cycles. aspoester, if you are planning a serious cut, go with clen + yohimbine for 2 weeks, then GW and CLA for 2, repeat. This way you can run your chemicals efficiently, using them all at once seems like a really expensive idea, perhaps even counter productive. I tried a non-carb day on GW, most difficult swimming I have ever done. GW thrives on carbs and a 2 week period will be nice to gain some strength and endurance you may have lost from your calorie deficient.
Just IMO.

Thats awesome news. I too cannot wait to see your reults. Any cravings whilst dieting....??????

This stuff isn't magic and loosing body fat isn't rocket science, but when u combine them it does an awesome job. Its not dedication in a pill either, without u getting off your ass and into the gym or running up and down that hill to burn calories this stuff isn't going to work period...
So the question about cravings, yes I still have cravings, remember that it isn't an appetite suppressant and if that's what u are worried about controlling then go for sibutramine or duromine based appetite suppressants not gw5015.and if we didn't have cravings dieting wouldn't be worth it!

Thought I'd let ya no! Im on 50mg a day of GW and just got back from a 2 week holiday with no training and I let myself go, pizzas and shit every day... I no I had more than enough protien and way to much carbs.
Well I just stood on a scale and I've put on 1 killo. That's amazing I would have normally picked up much more.

Ian, do you spread your 50mg or take it at once?
Your claim is quite serious

I think the biggest thing is that I'm sure it makes carbs pass through your system instead of being stored.(I have at least 2 huge shits a day:-) So I've found that I've held my gains with a really high cal diet without picking up fat
