I'm going to weigh my rat tonight and will give you an update then. Yesterday was 30 days on the GW. She is fitting into her clothes that she couldn't squeeze into a month ago though, and she didn't change her diet or add in any extra training days over the last month so any weight loss that there is I would attribute to the GW. Will let you know
