He tapered right up to 150mg/day :ohmy:. It's quite a well written log compared to most I've seen around on other forums. His resting heart rate dropped from low 60s to 50, quite hectic.

On Sunday's I normally go mountain biking and do the easier routes and after about 25km I'm finished, unfortunatly i am a smoker and have never been in love with cardio.
Today I did 35km on a much harder route than normal and honestly could have carried on going.
