Alright so as the title suggests, just something I have been thinking of doing for a while but haven't had the time for.
I am sure it will be helpful and will answer a few of the supplement related questions we get on here. Please feel free to add on to it using the same format for reviews.

Pre Workouts:
Name: NO Shotgun
Company: VPX
Flavour: Grape
Price: R599. Piss off.
Taste: 8/10, I really enjoyed the taste.
Pump: 6/10, didn't really do much for me in this dept.
Focus: 9/10 felt like I literally had tunnel vision, driving on this stuff is a fun experience haha.
Energy: 8/10 it gives a very good kick in the gym.
Strength: 7/10 worked quite well, but nothing too ridiculous.
Other notes: It did not work well with my stomach, which is completely counter productive when doing heavy deads or squats :blink:
Over all: 7.5/10 (due to stomach for me)
Name: Bloodrush
Company: Badboy
Flavour: Orange <<<disgusting.
Price: R350, not worth it.
Taste: 4/10, orange was truly repulsive.
Pump: 9/10, literally lived up to its name, pumped my arms up so hard one day i had to stop training for a bit.
Focus: 1/10 did fok all.
Energy: 5/10. Even though this stuff gave me insane energy, it was in the wrong department, all i wanted to bloody do was run! Not lift weights. Hence the 5/10.
Strength: 7/10 once again sufficient but nothing to write home about.
Other notes: Really not the best out there, for MMA it could be nice, I saved it as it wasn't the best for weights, bought some Jack3d and used it for MMA. Worked well.
Over all: 5/10, for weight lifting.

Company: USP
Flavour: lemon and lime
Price: R300, worth every cent.
Taste: 8/10 i like the taste, always looked forward to it. Very similar to shotgun for come reason?
Pump: 7/10 don't get much of a pump off jack3d. Probably due to the ingredients.
Focus: 10/10. Seriously don't talk to me when I am on jack3d. I will just ignore you. Period.
Energy: 10/10. I can rip through a whole weights session and feel nothing.
Strength: 9/10. Best strength product i have ever used.
Other notes: Near damn perfection.
Overall: 9/10. Only problem is a build up in tolerance to serving size.
Name: Ganic-f Insane
Company: Supplements Sa
Flavour: Black Current Grape
Price: R260, very good value for money.
Taste: -789/10. Fkucing terrible.
Pump: 10/10. Insane pumps every work out with this stuff. Loved it.
Focus: 8/10. I enjoyed the drive it gave me, very different feel to most other pwo's
Energy: 8/10. Packed with caffeine. Got me amped to hit the gym every time without fail.
Strength: 9/10. Jack3d and Ganic both bump my strength up greatly. Love them both.
Other notes: I do not mind ganics taste too much. My problem with ganic is the crash. It is monumental.
Overall: 8/10 despite the crash and taste this is a great product.

Flavour: Bubblegum
Price: R329 with a free tshirt.
Taste: 7/10. Pleasant, not too over powering.
Pump: 6/10. Occasional pumps which was annoying.
Focus: 8/10. Gave me nice focus in the gym, one of those "dont talk to me" types which is a good sign.
Energy: 7/10. I could last a full session but would start to fatigue slightly to the end.
Strength: 7/10. Not much to write home about but reasonable.
Other notes: Nice mid range product, not too bad but nothing to blow your mind.
Overall: 7/10.

I have used Jugganaut, NO explode and wired. But those were a while ago so cannot recall enough about them to do good reviews. Anyone else with experience please feel free to chime in.
OTC Fat burners:
Name: Ripped Hard core
Company: Muscle Science
Price: R300-400 I think, was a rip off.
Fat Burning: 6/10. Gives a nice little buzz if taken properly, didn't burn too much fat though. Ended up using it for a prewo kick.
Energy: 7/10. Loaded with caffeine so some of the crashes come pretty damn hard.
Over all: 6.5/10. As OTC burners go i guess it isn't bad, energy wise is why it takes a 6.5.

Fat burning: 6/10. Your diet has to be on par and you need quite a few bottles for it to do anything noticeable and even then it is minimal. In conjunction with a thermogenic it has its place i guess.
Over all: 6/10 (haha not sure what else to say)
PROTEIN:
Name: Anabolic Muscle Builder
Company: SSN
Flavour: Cookies and Cream
Price: R350 for 4kgs
Taste: 8/10. Great flavour.
Content: 7/10. typical mass gainer, shitty carbs but its what you buy it for i guess.
Efficiency: 8/10. Really helps with whacking in a few extra calories when bulking and struggling to find time to eat.
Over all: 8/10. Great shake if you are on the move a lot imo.
Name: 5XL muscle meal
Company: Evox
Flavour: Vanilla. Do your self a favour, stick to vanilla!
Price: R350 for 4kgs
Taste: 8/10. Very nice flavour, either that or chocolate, do not experiment.
Content: 7/10. Once again typical mass gainer but think the protein was a little higher than usual.
Efficiency: 8/10. Once again great for bulking and needing to find a few extra calories. If you put on fat easy, go for this over most of the other mass gainers.
Over all: 8/10. Great for starting out or bulking.
Name: 100% whey protein
Company: Evox
Flavour: Cookies and Cream
Price: R349 for 2kgs
Taste: 8/10. Even though i am a raws kinda guy this stuff tasted very nice.
Content: 10/10. well whey is whey.
Efficency: 10/10. I really love this stuff because, as dumb as it sounds, i can honestly see the difference when i am using it.
Over all: 9/10. If you dont mind flavours and spending that much, great product.
Name: Basic Supplements Concentrate.
Company: Basic Supplements. Go figure.
Flavour: Raw
Price: R295/ 2.5kgs
Taste: 8/10. I like raws so the taste is just fine to me.
Content: 10/10. Whey is whey.
Efficiency: 10/10
Over all: 9/10. Very well priced, company service is sometimes a little funky
but very good value for money and no added crap which is always a bonus for those who like to keep it 100% clean.

Efficiency: 10/10. I know they are hated but it worked just as well as any other whey.

Taste: 8/10. Got a funky flip to it but i still like it.

Efficiency: 10/10 Well so far so good. Mixes very easily, just don't let it sit for too long or it thickens up something crazy
Over all: 10/10. the reason it gets 10/10 is because of the price. Great price, great product, great packaging as well. Thumbs up Ondier!

Strength: 8/10. Great bump in strength, nothing compared to when i just use jack3d though.
Water Retention: 7/10. Minimal, but still present.
Results: 8/10. Good for strength and size however it gives me headaches.
Over all: 8/10. Good product.

Strength: 9/10. More noticeable than mono.
Water retention: 10/10. None whatsoever.
Results. 9/10. Great for strength, no headaches or hike in bp, personally love the stuff.

Recovery: 8/10. Worked very well at the right dose.
Taste: -235/10. Do not get this on your tongue haha.
Over all: 8/10. Good product little over priced.

Efficiency: 10/10. I love this stuff, and yes, you can tell the difference when using with a diet that may compromise muscle mass.
Content: 10/10. All you need from the blend. 2:1:1 ratio.
Over all: 9/10. Just because it tastes like something dead.

Price: Cheap.
Efficiency: 9/10. Works very well, the difference is noticeable actually.
Over all: 9/10. Go figure.

Price: R350/60 caps
Weight gain: 6/10. It works, just not well.
Strength: 8/10. On par with creatine, please don't be fooled into thinking other wise.
Over all: 2/10. Just cos it actually bull shit at a high price.
