Ya I'm still on neurocore.. This stuff is terrible for me. Now it does nothing. I don't even crash. Next condense.

Just finished a tub of neurocore, 3 scoops with water and a 4th under the tongue - get more rise from coffee and a banana. Back to jacked for me!

Any one tried BTD pre workout?

Used it last year, worked really well. helps a lot with strength and endurance in the gym and the price is not bad at all

Thanks man I rate I'm going to give it a go when I get paid next week! Ur right the price is actually really good considering its a test booster and a pre workout...

Just make sure of the best way to take it, I know a lot of people have a lot of different theories on how long to take DAA, i ran it for 3 weeks at a time with a 2 week break in between, which worked quite well for me

To be honest I don't use pre workouts I'm just using dpol in conjuction with PCT once off just to help mentally and hopefully boost my test a little,

So ill run it for 4 weeks then stop

Will start some creatine hcl on monday, this time from usn. Got it for R180 for 25 servings(100 caps). Its a bit higher dosed than that of evox and it also has some added alpha-lipoic acid and bioperine.

Anyone ever tried Optimum Nutrition's Mega Mass?

I purchased Gold Standard Whey, AminoLast BCAA by Gaspari and Dymatize Elite Cassein. All three works VERY well but kinda set me back R1500 which wil just go for the month :silly:

I think pre-workout supplements aren't made for a "pump". The pump is achieved by eating lots of good carbs throughout the day and good training/ a good workout. Nevertheless the pump is good.

Focus:

VERY good, I was up and focused 20 minutes after drinking this.

Energy:
9/10
Very clean and smooth energy throughout the workout and no crash afterwards, simply great.I did however have 2 scoops and I was "rushing" too, but I really like that.

Strength:
8/10
The product gave me strength but most importantly ENDURANCE. I'm a fan of German Volume Training and this gave me SO much endurance. really WOW and never experienced something like that before.

Other notes:
This mixes very well, almost like a BCAA product, it has good ingredients too (look at picture below). Very nice on the stomach,nice packaging and overall I highly recommend this! ALSO - even tho there are 60 servings, I don't think 1 serving is enough, 2 is JUST right

Over all:
9/10

Muschle Pharm BCAAs

Was forced to buy cause I ran out of my regular suppliers stock. Not impressed.

Price: Typical, Expensive brand name supp so no surprise. 5/10
Purpose: Pure BCAAs, no bullshit or filler. 10/10
Taste: Sh!t tier, but that's normal for pure BCAAs. 5/10
Mixing: Not even once, I have to drop 10mg down my throat straight. The only way that it could mix less efficiently, is if it was insoluble oil. 2/10
Overall: 5.5/10 Never again. Blergh!

Price: Very expensive but you are getting the best. R400 for a 300g tub.
Purpose: Creatine Monohydrate. Best Creatine I have taken. 10/10
Taste: Amazeballs! The best flavour is 'Snow Cone'. 10/10
Mixing: A general problem with Creatine supps. Mixes fine in a lot of water but dissolves about 80%. The undiluted content is not a problem to drink like in general with Creatine. 8/10

Hey Pyro, how many servings does that have in it? Looking to get some creatine but if R400 only lasts 20 days then I'm not too stoked haha
