Extreme nutrition by gateway is good, I use them most the time, prices are very competitive,

But they tend to stock mostly the imported things,

Formidable mass is just a carb shake to be honest.

Some dude complained about his pre workout - He felt like blackouts, and one side of his body went tingle and num from M1R.... :ohmy: :huh: .....anybody experienced anything like this from a pre workout ?

I have not, only that Assault gave me to much tingle... but that's about it.

He is probably very stimulant sensitive or he took too much. It has happened to me before the first time I ever took ganic-f.

Any reviews on BTD? Marius Dohne's pre workout. I guy at my gym uses it, he says it's the best one so far. Only kak thing is it's overdosed with beta-alanine. He will give me a serving so I can try it out, will report back. Have not used anything for at least 12 months

Formidable mass is shit..as Chapel said its basically carbs..and the protein source in mostly Soy, where ud rather be looking for whey,egg albumin etc.

5XL Muscle meal is decent..ive used it many times..carb to protein ratio is roughly 50/50 and it has a source of low Gi carbs..i never gained much fat on it and the protein source is quality! whey,egg albumin if my memory serves me correct and has a lil soy...and its great tasting as well

Put it in the fridge 10min later it becomes a chocolate mousse.
6+ hour release time works nicely not so hungry in the mornings and you have a continuous supply of nutrients while you sleep.

Going to have a look at this because I was very happy with the quality of their whey!

its excellent currently on diet and this really takes the edge of craving.I use their whey as well top notch.

I must say again, I'm overly impressed with purus labs condense, iv been using the same tub for over a month, and I been one one scoop throughout .. And get amazing pumps and energy with no crash... Best pre iv used I can say

Has any one tried purus labs Dpol? Was thinking about using it during PCT just to help with my natty test levels

Am I wasting my money or do you think it will be worth it?

I was going to use this as I used a couple of samples and must say I was impressed!

I'm leaning more towards the dpol tho because of the DAA for PCT
