Nice shoes.

For the most part my diet was on track.

Think i got some extra on the midsection though. Il do my measurements tomorrow again and update here.

But my goal was to bulk up, not going to cry about a bit of fat so ya.

Yeah man this will be interesting, both my two previous uneducated crap cycles had no pct what so ever. Im still well into my natural limits i think so hopefully il be able to hang onto the gains.

I also dont want to drop my calories too much to try and lean out on the winny, was thinking maintenance or just above. so my body can atleast adjust to the new weight better.

my weight peaked at 85kg a few weeks back but dropped back to 83 not too long after.

You really nailed that cycle Prog and you got great gains. If you dont mind my asking how many calories were you consuming on cycle and now that you are bridging will you eat the same amount and into your pct?

Hi man thanx, my original plan was to hit 3600cals a day, but i very rarely got that high. I dropped back on the calories now, basically just removed one of my carb meals, which puts me at around 3000cals. i dont want to drop too low to soon.

Reason i was asking is concerning mine, I am on about 4300 calories currently so i to should cut down whilst bridging and into pct and possibly cut down again when off. Congrats on your cycle though, sure you are busy planning the next one.

Well done bro. Great results. Awesome. I must say you look much stronger in your pics than the weights you are lifting. I'm sure with the right training partner pushing you, you would be doing those 50Kg for 12 reps in no time. A lot of that shit is in the mind.
