Some brilliant gains there bro but I'd be very concerned about a 5cm gain on the waist. That can only be fat or water retention from high estrogen. Are you sure you are measuring properly? Anyways still grest progress.

Ha ha ok il google some pics on where exactly to do the measurement on the waist line. The first measurements was taken by a guy at the gym, second ones i did here at home.

My abs are still visible when flexed so not sure about water or fat. Plus the guy who took my bf last time no longer works at the gym so hard to gauge if i picked up some unwanted fat.

Its probably just because different people did the measurements.

What are those moffie straps you are using? Kidding :) Strong dead to weight ratio.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Ha ha thanx dude. my grip use to fail at around 140kg, so got the straps. But afterwards discovered i can lift more than 140 if i reverse grip on one of the hands. Decided i have the straps might aswell use them.

I find straps used to help me with a better contraction in most back exercises and to go heavier on deads, but when I was doing powerlifting we just used chalk and my forearms beefed up a lot as well as grip strength, haven't gone back to straps since then.. and well I lost them and I'm lazy as shit so haven't bought another pair.

I agree it definitely helps with contraction and targeting back muscles. Also i have only been using them with heavy sets, normally the last set for a given exercise.
