Thanx. No not on cycle yet, still waiting on my stuff, hopefully next week il start.

Il try and get my hands on essential or liv52, are these over the counter meds or do i need a prescription?

Over the counter, try get the liv 52. you can get it from springbok pharmacy or else order it online, im currently using the Cipla liver detox and i have no issues, its also inexpensive.

over the counter pnpay discem ect ...if liver 52 has milkthistle ? then dont use on cycle..

No milk thistle in either. Koe007 advised me to use liv 52. and when i started my dbols i noticed my urine became dark yellow so i started the liv 52. and it came back to normal with in a few days.

Ok i thought about this a bit- would following a every second day protocol as in mon, wed, fri, sun, tue ec at lets say 0.5mil yield any better results versus the mon, wed, fri repeat dosed at 0.7mil?

I would be in favour of that I idea, I mean you are keeping levels more stable by avoiding the weekend fluctuation. I think many people plan on a week-to-week basis with emphasis on the working week as if the weekend is like a trump card, but you should be approaching your program with whatever will suit your results the best.

Also, if you struggle to get liv52, try health shops. They usually stock Himalaya's products.

I think its 20kg... But you can always walk down to the toilets and use the scale, hehe im sure you will find some weird looking faces.

Ha ha that will get some very odd looks.

I loaded 110kg on the bar today for deadlifts 3rd set, grip failed on 4th. Any of you guys use straps?

What gauge and lenght needles must i get? Then also is 1inch fine for delts? My shoulders are pretty fatless. Will still see if i need to pin delts.

You been putting in some good work there, nice job.
23g should be good for the test, also most common gauge, around my area anyway. 1 inch good for delts.

Thanx, yes i saw now in the injection article that the smallest needle to be used for test is a 23g, so will get those.

No I kept it in the cupboard and it works just fine. I don't like having my stuff on display in the fridge incase my folks come round:-)

Yeah it was during the holiday, i got so frustrated but the guy buying my stuff was waiting on his supplier, so yes. Atleast i got pgw test.

Just did my very first self pin, even though i was pretty nervous it was pain free. Struggled to aspirate as i did not know how hard one needs to pull back on the plunger.
