Training is going hard. Im stiff the same day after training. Switched over to higher reps now.

Wont be able to make gym next week due to work. But I think the break is long overdue.

I am losing weight but if I have to guess the weightloss I do have is from diet and being on clenbutrol. Lost a bit of fullness on my chest and traps, well thats what I notice atleast. Current weight is 80kg.

Traps are always the first thing I notice. Then tris.

Looking solid.

Far from it:p just dont want to lose weight too fast causing additional muscle loss. But its pretty frustrating in the same way.

Dont see any cycles coming up soonish too (the wife hates it) probably only after the next kid, or maybe if I do some bloodwork and all is good.

O okay I see bro! Yeah it's very frustrating especially on keto. I have had nightmares about losing so much muscle that I look anorexic.

Nice Pr0g. When last did you take some time off? It might be just what your body needs. A week off every few months is a good thing.

Last time I took a week off a few days was at the start of my cycle due to some flu symptoms. Week off seems in order:thumbup:

Thanx man. I have no planned cycles for the neer future. But if I have to think ahead I would say something along the lines of test, mast, deca. Will definitely be bulking more.

Sounds good. Test, mast and NPP - if it were me.
Any reason why you not going to take two cycles a year and as your name says - progressively get bigger?
