Had a small blip with the weight yesterday morning, but this morning im on 177.0!

Blood sugar is staying between 5.2-5.6 in the mornings. Im ok with that. I pop a metformin before cardio and feel great

Biggest plus of this whole exercise , I found about 5 hoodies in my cupboard that never fitted me. (I only buy online). Most still have tags on.

They all fit now

So this weekend I dropped to 175.9, Really feeling good.
Feeling all slim and sexy!

had a refeed yesterday, went a little more crazy on the sugar free drinks, up to 177, not too bad

I think my proudest moment, doing cardio yesterday, wife was on the eliptical next to me, tried to keep up with me and only lasted 3 minutes. I went on to do 15.

Soon we gonna break into the 160s and we gonna be looking at new goals, you have been killing it and it's allowing us to push up load/untracked meals once a week and eventually it's going to get to a full day of untracked eating and still progressing. No doubt in my mind that you are going to stronger and stronger as time goes on. As I said in my mail to you, im really proud of your achievements.

Only a matter of time man.

Small hicckup with the quad, but we almost sorted on that. Tomorrow im back on the wagon and killing it.

The strangest thing of all for me, yesterday was a "Cheat" day, I ended up gorging myself on fruit, Hardly had and sweets. Didnt even think about marshmallows or jellybeans.

Dissapointing week, But we know why it happened.
Weight went up, mainly because I wasnt on my BP meds, Once I started them, pissed like a racehorse and am almost down to last weeks numbers.

Need to investigate that further. But other than that, another week going slightly heavier
This weeks highlight, Rackpulls..

in Feb I was managing 100 for 8 reps, This week I hit 140 for 10 and still had 2-3 in me

Haha yeah! over the moon, Even took a photo of the scale just incase it was broken.

Im starting to feel huge again, But the good huge. Wifes happy, Im happy, Looks like im progressing wonderfully.

I am feeling so much better, looking better,

emotionally and physically I have not felt like this since my teens. Hell even then emotionally I wasnt this good

It still sways now and then, especially when the weight goes up, But I am understanding the process more and more. Empire's patience has really helped in that. Doesnt mind explaining the things to me. Even if its something simple , I get a proper answer and I am able to grasp what and why we are doing things

He is patient, I sometimes ask the same thing to him in multiple different ways and he always takes the time to work with my thinking.

So before Empire steals my thunder again

172.1 this morning, Had a scare yesterday went from 173 to 176 in one day. couldnt understand it.... Turns out it is my scale thats faulty.

Fixed that issue up and feeling good. went with the family on a fun run/walk this morning, Kids were knackered and dead but the wife and I are fine! shows that the cardio we are doing is working well and we are doing great
