I see I have alot more saggy skin that I was hoping for, although Empire did warn me, BUT that just means I wont get stretch marks when I fill out with muscles

Man I'm so proud of you. You really have kicked ass here!! People don't know what it's like to loose 50kgs. That Is more than a small child you aren't carrying around on your body everyday

The compliments you must get now days from people are a probably massive. And we are still chipping away. No starvation, getting you stronger. I'm like a father of a new born child. So happy either the last "victory" pose as this is the start of being victorious.

Although it's still a shit tonne of hard work, training genetically gifted and predisposed to lean individuals is easy. What Empire and you, have, and ate continuing to achieve is amazing.

So quick update incase you guys forgot me,

Started this Journey last year, But really kicked it into gear on the 11th of November,
That was 277 days ago,
Started on 205.5, Yesterday I was 159.4. Thats 46.1 kg's.

My goal is still 150, with Obelix 2.0 going to 120

This weekend we have a little family gathering to celebrate Father in laws 70th, also happens to coincide with my 5 year wedding anniversary. My goal for the weekend is to be below 160, which I have met (apart from the load day yesterday which pushed me just over 160 again)

Now, next goals.
11 November, Be below 150

Xmas day, 145

What obelix neglects to tell you, that he is down a total of 51.6kg since he started on his own journey.

We are smashing goals, still having a decent amount of food, still getting stronger, still having refeeds and I think that is a big thing that needs to be added is the strength gain which means there is muscle gain, he sent me videos of a proper 300kg leg press, no half reps, full range, decent speed and pause. He has smashed this and it made Me really emotional and proud to see that Weight on the 150s this weekend.

ah crap, 140? Ok ok ok, Will have to rework the schedule and bills. Let me see what HR and finances can do

So, Long time no update.

157 this morning, Not much drop since last update, But the Cm's have changed,

Empire and Lesdoc will be able to tell you how baggy my shorts look on me, Looks like a primary school kid wearing his dads pants,
Decided today, screw it, Lets go look at Pnp clothing, see what they have,
Find the biggest size and buy it, you know, as motivation,

2xl pants fit me..... I was wearing 5xl.... I was so happy I sent empire a pic to brag

Then I thought, Damn, you muscle okes like wearing tight tight shirts, Maybe I can

Found a 2xl Foo fighters shirt , slapped that bad boy on and I dont look completely disgusting!

So while Kg's arent dropping as quickly as they used to, There are still major changes happening

Been another long time, so heres an update

Hit 150 dead on sunday, Weights still dropping, not as quick as in the begining, But we must also remember there has been over 60kg's since my heaviest. I have also moved up in weights, Much much stronger than origianlly. 
Changed the routine too, more time under tension, slower more focused reps, No more ego half reps..

All the easy fat is gone, Now its the harder more stubborn stuff. I noticed my legs are looking good, Seem to carry most of my weight between my tits and belly,

Getting compliments at the gym, all round feeling good. Goal for 140kg's at xmas is still on, 10kg's over 70ish days, manageable.

Head down, life changes, lets go!

Keep plugging away, consistency is so important,
