My initial weight loss was 1.6kg in my first 4 days using FFF. My scale battery needs to be replaced. I'll sort that out and weigh myself and let you guys know. I don't monitor progress by weight as it is very misleading to do so. Best thing to do is have your various parts (waist, biceps, chest, hips, thighs) measured up with a tape measure.

Ok so recovery is definitely way better on fff. I managed to do a pretty intense leg workout for the second time this week. First leg day was on Wednesday and was good to go again today. My shoulders and back also already feel fine despite some intense sessions.

Ok, so yesterday was my first day on fff. 2 hours after taking it I noticed some nausea, not too bad, just had a sweet and sipped some water then I was ok.. I did feel a little more energized but nothing hectic, just a very slight buzz. What I did find strange is that my head felt fuzzy/clouded at times, almost like when you just woke up and trying to gather your bearings, if this makes any sense. My appetite definitely has been suppressed, you have to remind yourself to eat but what I'm really happy about is that you can still eat without feeling nauseas. I haven't experienced dry mouth/bad breath or any of those side effects yet. Don't feel like I need to drink tons of water so my water intake is still quite low, I need to start increasing it. Now on sleep, I did have broken sleep but still feel well rested. Strange thing is, big boy mentioned about dreams, I had a very vivid dream last night and I can still remember it, was quite real. I'm on day 2 now, will see how things go today. I haven't trained yet while on FFF, I will train tomorrow and see how it affects my workout. Oh on peeing every 10 mins, only time that happened was as soon as I drank something, almost like it goes right through you...lol.. Well that's all for now folks.

@Gambit - What's your age, measurements, weight, etc. ? I also started my 1st day on a Saturday so that the FFF would be in my system by Monday because I train on Mondays. The 1st 2 days I was on FFF I just felt energetic, highly reduced appetite, no cravings whatsoever, difference in sleep(got up early on Sunday morning feeling fully charged). I chose to drink a minimum of 2L of water a day from Day 1 as that is a necessary component for fat loss. Don't wait for a dry mouth to make you want water. My advice is to make it your duty to drink at least 2L a day as water has no calories and only going to benefit you. I easily drink a minimum of 4L of water on my gym days.

Today is my 16th day using FFF. I will measure up and weigh myself tomorrow to see what results my 2nd week being on FFF has given me. My standing barbell curls in my 3rd set using a 37kg barbell has increased by another rep from 12 reps to 13 reps and prior to using FFF I only managed 6 to 8 reps. I trained 4 days in my 2nd week(Mon,Tues,Thurs, Fri)and the increased strength and stamina has been constant. Getting my 3rd set on the high-incline bench press to 4 to 5 reps of 70kg without a spotter assisting me. Also getting 8 reps instead of 6 reps of dumbbell flyes with 27kg dumbbells in my 3rd set.

The libido boosting effect from FFF is freaken awesome!!!

Ok, that's what I will start doing, I was thinking I need to wait until I'm thirsty.. Dumbass move as I know I should be drinking water.
Here are my stats, like I mentioned earlier, I got a new scale and I realize its not accurate using the bf stats, etc on there but for the sake of measuring progress we will go with that.
Stats are as follows
Age:35
Height:1.78
Weight 85.1kgs
Waist 97.5cm's
Body fat: 25.9%
Water: 50.4%
Muscle: 31.4%

I train 4 times a week, no cardio only weights.

Right some more feedback on the sleep. Sleep is completely broken and dreams more often and are clear as daylight. last night i actually had a dream within a dream and i remember everything
on the plus side, yesterday i was able to have a short afternoon nap with my son and still sleep last night although as mentioned, it was completely broken but still feeling good this morning. Got my water bottle with me today so not waiting for the thirst, just going to keep sipping through the day. Anxious to see what happens tonight at gym.

Some feedback after the first workout session on FFF. At first, i did not notice any strength gains etc.. later through the workout i noticed i'm not so tired/depleted, its as if i'm not really working out at all. To be honest, i did'nt get a good pump, i went as heavy as i normally did with chest press but when it came to training triceps i went heavier and heavier.. training with friends we were doing rope cable pull downs super set'd with kick backs i then threw in dumb-bell kicks for myself just to help kill my tri's.. recover is super amazing between sets. i cant wait for 2nite to see how the back and bicep workout goes. i normally struggle with this session.. let you know how it goes.oh this morning i can feel the after effects of the chest workout last night, was'nt such a bad workout as i initially thought.

So recovery is crazy good- Yesterday I hammered chest and triceps like I always do, today im not sore or stiff. Brilliant stuff. Alot more sweating in the gym. Alot more bathroom breaks. Sleep is a bit broken but not bad overall as you feel fine even with less sleep.

Today is day 7 on FFF but i have only been to the gym once because i've been sick but meds are finished so i'm back on track as of today. My sleep is completely messed up, i only manage about 2-3 hours sleep per night but am not tired at all and the dreams, oh the dreams......talk about dreaming rubbish yet vivid dreams, they actually quite funny and entertaining. Still have slight nausea but notice that if you nibble it seems to subside. My appetite hasn't change and i still want to eat the whole time  Bathroom trips are still normal.

yes the recovery is quite remarkable. i just had a bit of a bad experience at gym last night but i dont think it had anything to to with FFF, i did hyperextentions, first time i ever done it so i had one hectic dizzy spell encounter which took some time to get over but once that was gone i was able to train hard again.
on what pixie said, appetite is also not completely suppressed, i'm still hungry most times but i dont have to eat as much to feel full which is perfect. bathroom breaks are more often at night. Sleep is completely fcuked but atleast i dont feel tired in the mornings.dreams are also completely messed up.

I'm on Day 19 using FFF.

Perhaps those who have really big appetites are noticing a bigger suppression of appetite? I am always feeling full and my huge appetite is suppressed and when I do eat, I'm satisfied on way smaller portions than previously. I feel more thirsty for water than hungry for food so maybe the water intake also keeps me feeling fuller.

My strength and recovery times are still improving.
I can do 30 reps of hanging leg raises without stopping.
My superset of Standing Barbell Curls and Standing Dumbbell Outter Curls today was impressive! I managed 15 reps using a 37kg barbell in my 3rd set and I used 12kg dumbbells instead of using 10kg dumbbells. Before using FFF I would get 6 to 7 reps maximum. I always believe strength also lies in the mind and my mindset has become very positive especially since I can get through my gym session and still feel so energized.

I lost another 1cm off my tummy.

I also break sleep every 2/3 hours but most of the time to take a piss.
Don't get me started on the dreams!!! I had one the other night about me being some sort of secret agent saving a prostitute from some bad guy :silly: And that's one of the not-so-crazy ones!

I also decided to try the Intermittent Fasting method of eating as of Sunday night and it's so easy to do since I'm never hungry. I honestly thought I'd pig out on food once the 12 o'clock midday period hit but that hasn't been the case at all.

My sister swears that her senses like sense of smell has being heightened while using FFF.

Well so far I'm happy with the product but I honestly feel it's only as effective as the work you put in while using it.

Honestly I didn't measure or weigh myself and I'm not going to either, I don't want to get hooked on numbers but I can definitely see a difference.
