No, 12 weeks on then 1 or 2 weeks off before going again.

Copy and paste right from the 3F article:

This product can be used continuously, but it is recommended to cycle its use for one to two weeks off, every twelve weeks.

Yes, one bottle will last a month, but you can use it for as long as you like. Obviously it will take time to work, so less than a month is a waste.

It does seem to be one of the effects it has. I think someone else somewhere also mentioned that.

The increased heart rate was expected, but its possible that the nausea is due to high blood pressure during/after intense training. If you have a digital blood-pressure monitor try to take a reading before training and again when you experience the nausea.

EDIT: 3F already contain White Willow Bark, but try to take an additional 250mg of Disprin when you feel nauseous and see if that help. This is just something that work for me and I'm not sure if it might be harmful in anyway, but it's worth a shot if you accept responsibility for this experiment.

Mike, the sides she is having, are the just side-effects or adverse effects?

There is a huge difference between side effects and adverse effects. Side effects are the things that you can live with - slightly uncomfortable, as in the halitosis or high urinary output for instance. Adverse effects are the ones that limit your normal functioning to the extend that you have to discontinue the medication. Say you vomit every morning after taking 3F - that I will consider as an adverse effect. Having higher body temp and sweating more, are side effects, but actually the "effects" one are looking for, too!

Thanks for that, please keep us updated. I also think the side-effects will ease off after the first week or two.

@Michael - Yes the nausea was mentioned by myself in the start of this thread. You get the puking feeling but its more like you are feeling so full. It was experienced during a gym workout so I would attribute it to the increase in heart rate due to training and cardio but it subsides if you just take some time to do some breathing and drink lots of cool water :) My sister also experienced it during her gym session but we both felt it was manageable and just takes some time getting used to.

After 1 week 2 days of using FFF I was measured up and I lost 2cm off my tummy. My scale battery is dead so I couldn't weigh myself but I am not relying on weight as any indication of whether FFF is working or not. All my clothes are falling off me now. Even my gym pants falls of me now so I have to keep pulling it up at gym or I'll be flashing my undies to everyone

My sister, after 1 week of using FFF, was measured up and lost 2cm off her tummy, 1cm of her thighs and 1 cm off her hips. Her clothes are also fitting loosely. I got 1cm bicep growth and 1.5cm chest growth(when taking a deep breath and holding it to extend chest) since i measured them in mid-June.

Both of us have reduced appetites, drink at least 2L water a day, have got loads more energy, stamina, strength, faster recovery time, etc. These are directly related to using FFF.

What I found is that my sleep is also of better quality and my dreams seem more realistic. I don't usually even remember my dreams.

My joy comes from the way FFF helps with keeping to a high protein eating plan whereby I have no cravings for carbs whatsoever! I'm already feeling full before eating a meal so just a portion of protein satisfies the need to eat.

I am looking forward to results after a month or even 3 months :cheer:

Live longer by a healthy lifestyle sooner rather than later :)

Been on FFF for just a week now.

1) it took me two days to get use to the energy rush this fff gives you omw,

2) gym time went from 45min to easy 2 hours sessions>

3)Did not have any problem with sleeping if i take it at 8 am any time after that even at 10 am i did not sleep as well as other nights.

3) going to the bath room every hour and have a very dry moth but it is better now.lots of water loss when doing cardio.

4) Thermo is very good body temp up by 1 to 2 c threw out the day.

5)must keep reminding my self to eat as i went out eating the second DAY and still did a full hour gym the day did not feel any hunger pain or anything.

Sugar level very constant as i am diabetic and my sugar levels keeping well at 5.5 works even beta then my meds

Very happy with this product think of doing a full 12 weeks cycle then of for twee weeks/ or i will see when i dont get that energy rush then i know i must then stop.

Hope this help will keep you posted next week with all my stats. VERY GOOD INVESTMENT MUST SAY
