I remember reading that some guys have their wifes, gfs, or sisters on FFF. How are they finding it? Have their side effects eased off?

You don't get it by wishing, staring, or hoping. You don't get it easy. You get it by working your ass off every single day.

Oh goodness. Maybe the 2kg gain was due to the constipation  :silly:

Evening gents and ladies. (first post here, go me)

Not sure why i never got around to registering here sooner but i have now and i come with a question or two regarding FFF.

First question: Clen or FFF for results? The reason I ask is because i have already cycled clen once before, successfully. Last year October, i ran a course of the orals and included running 3/4 times a week. As far as the cardio went, it was quite poor effort and not even 2km. But that didnt seem to matter as i went from 108kg to 102kg in the space of two months. Since then, ive moved to Stellenbosch and educated myself properly on diet/exercise, dropped a further 6kg to being 96kg from eating and running. So now im looking to drop the last 12kg.

With my experience with Clen, I wouldnt mind running another course, but this thread would suggest FFF is also very effective and without the side-effects. Don't get me wrong, I actually enjoyed the havoc Clen had on me haha, the shaking and what not was a lot of fun.

Second question: FFF, run with a caloric deficit diet, should I eat at a slightly lower than maintenance deficit? Like 200 below maintenance. As I don't want to be in the starvation zone. Or can i continue with the -500 calorie deficit.

Thanks,
Andre

Sorry for not posting here in a while, been hecticly busy!

To answer Pixie : I have my sister who is 26 years old on it. She wants to smack me because she bought new clothes before starting with FFF and now they are too loose for her. She has had really good results using FFF. Although we are not too bothered about weight, she has never been in the 90kg range in years and now she's dropped to around 90.3kg. She has mentioned that her tummy is much flatter and her energy levels are much higher. We are naturally heavy due to our bone and muscle size. I'll try to get her to let me take a pic of her flexing her bicep and post it on here  She has naturally big biceps and packs a hell of a punch! I'm considering getting her trained up for MMA events next year

My mum is 56 years old and she has also given FFF a try. She had amazing results with weight dropping and being able to wear clothes she had never wore in over 3 years because they were too tight for her but now are fitting her loosely. She doesn't gym but gets alot of he physical activity from her daily housework. She hasn't changed her eating as yet and arguing with old folk about eating less carbs is a no-go!!

I also have found my clothes to be literally falling off me. I'm at my lowest weight in probably 10 years. Muscles are showing definition and appears to gained size. Fat has dropped off me and people have taken notice and complimented me.

With the side-effects, we still piss alot due to our increased water intake. I sleep late and wake up early feeling refreshed and charged up on minimal sleep hours. I am very focused and alert. I have definitely lost the lethargic state. Constipation can be reduced by your including more fibre in your daily eating. If anyone is using FFF but still wants to eat junk food high in carbs and sugar then they are wasting their money. It's like complaining about our government and still going and voting for them to remain our government  The waste product your body will create can cause the constipation so increased water intake also helps with it.

I must stress that FFF is not a miracle product but it does give the user benefits to take advantage of so that they can achieve results. I have tried to be consistent with keeping to at least 2 gym sessions a week as a minimum and keeping to that has given me results.

I'm using FFF for about 1 month and 2 weeks now i think. I'll work it out next time I post.

So Clen or FFF?

Which is more effective over the same time period?

You cannot compare the two directly, they are too different. However for the average joe that just want to loose fat, FFF is by far the better option. You just use it as per instructions and have nothing else to worry about like tapering up your dosage and up-regulating beta receptors.

Love your Transformation avatar pic Fatboy :cheer: Well done! It gives me good inspiration to see guys transform like that.

I read the thread that you have a link to and got excited because I am also doing the Intermittent Fasting system of eating now. I started about 2 weeks ago and the FFF helps alot because of it's appetite suppressing benefits. It was funny to read the part about the scale remaining the same or showing higher weight but the mirror and clothes showing that you have lost fat! Same situation here

My lack of knowledge about macros and working out calories is my weakness!

Ive been down the clen route before, i think ill give FFF a shot this time around.

I dont have much weight to burn through, so a 3 month course should get me to the goal.

With any new product used, i personally recommend to start the process for about a week in advance in case of sides or allergic reactions. Then adjust your training and diet accordingly. If you know how your body reacts on different diets, then you don't need to figure out what is causing any sides.

The secret is - get to know your body, understand and learn how it responds.

Anybody experience any gastro-side effects on 3F? Along the lines of stomach irritation/pain (referring to the stomach not the colon or small intestine). Curious 'cause herbals affect people quite differently.
@BigBoy: I read your sides about constipation, maybe make a habit of eating more veggies and cook them less?

@AndreSA: If you still have some clen but keen for 3F you can consider to use clen for the classic 2 week period, then take a break with 3F - although I understand 3F builds up gradually. So perhaps 4 weeks on clen + zetofin then 4 weeks on 3F, repeat. Maybe focus on HIIT on 3F and LISS on clen?

Thanks for the feedback from all the Guinea pigs! ;)
