Sorry, I thought this was an open forum to all using FFF to post their experiences........didn't realize it was a private thread! Won't intrude again!

Its not a private thread. He was referring to your diet ec. Make a new thread and post that and your stats up.

This thread is for the discussion of fff and not peoples diets:D

I've chowed some hectic stuff in my life - this one is a serious downer. Almost like eating bad acid - paranoid/withdrawn etc.
Took half a measure Myo-Blitz ad that pulled me out of it for the training session.
I don't think I will try it soon again - even if it subsides after one day.

When Heat was still proper ECA I used to mix it 50/50 with Wasp. Wasp provided the trip and Heat the energy. I think Yohimbine just doesn't agree with me.

Oh boy. Yes I know. But pyro suggested you do make a thread regarding diet as fatburners wont do jack shit if your diet sucks.

Hi guys,

i'm following a pritty clean diet lately ,sure it could be a lot better though, but just wondering how much of an influence does alcohol have when using 3F - i really enjoy my beer ,so would i need to cut that out if i had to try some 3F in the future?

I haven't noticed any problems but i dont drink a lot, max a bottle of wine or 4 vodka and redbull but that is like once a month or so. Whether it is advisable or not is another question

You don't get it by wishing, staring, or hoping. You don't get it easy. You get it by working your ass off every single day.

Spending money on a diet and FFF and then having alcohol is such a waste imo. Really silly

Size Matters

Maybe.... but a couple of glasses white wine took the edge off nicely.

Just started Var and proviron bridge after equi/testcyp cycle.
And have a noticeable layer forming round my belly.
Had 2 caliper tests while on equi/testcyp and I scored 10.5 and 10.4 % body fat.
While it's not a train smash I would like to keep it lean.
Is it a good idea to start FFF whilst on bridge?
PCT still 40 something days away.
Or should I wait till PCT.??

Its safe to stack with your current bridge, don't add any other fatburners.

Great product.

It is not absolute contra-indication, but only relative one. Do not consume large quantities of alcohol whilst on 3F - the combination of the two will lead to definite nausea. I think the appetite suppressing effect of the herbals in 3F, will in anyway put one off from consuming too much alcohol.

Meba wrote: Ok, so 90% of my post wasn't posted.

I started FFF with:
Height 174cm
Weight 57.6kg

Day 1: I took the tabs on an empty stomach followed by a glass of water, and ate 30 mins after.
Seriously understand your "buzz" word. My hands and feet went cold and clammy. Had huge energy, so went on my spin bike. Felt like I could go forever. Drank loads of water and visited the loo way too many times. Had a headache on day 1. Usually have some red wine at night.....but FFF has put me off. And my appetite is non existent.

Day 2: (only thought to measure today)
Weight 56.6
Waist 56.5cm
Hip 70.5cm
Chest 77.5cm

The "buzz" can feel a bit hectic, but def tolerable. For me it's at it's worst for the first 3 hours of taking, and then becomes "comfortable".
I usually wake up and stay awake for 2 to 3 hours, but on this the last two nights I wake and go straight back to sleep. I am waking up before my husband, which is unusual, and I'm waking up in a good mood, which NEVER happens

You should rather do 7 fold skin fat % and work off those values to make changes to your diet. You should stop worrying about what the scale says - only weigh every second week. You are already skinny by your weight to length ratio - you must expect to gain lean mass on 3F - that is why I suggest circumference measurements and skin fold fat % to evaluate the effecacy of 3F. And you must hit the weight room and start doing some resistance training - you are now at the best age of your life hormonally-wise to build good quality lean mass.
